I ordered the Green Stripe Gum sole Sambas.The adult version has dark soles which I am not a fan of so I was so excited to find these in the kid's size in this colourway.The kids version is also 20$ cheaper than the adult Sambas.Unlike many customers I have no issues with the back of my ankle blistering.I wear a size 6.5 in Womens Adidas. I purchased the Big Kids 5 (make sure you order the Big Kids-Which is marked with a Y on the box).Similar to the Adult Sambaswidth-wise they run a little on the narrow side- So if you have slightly wider feet either skip on these shoes or be ready to order a larger side, The width of my feet are average leaning more towards narrow. (I also have a pair of the Sambae which run a little wider if you cant wear the Sambas).They ... The first paid I ordered the wrong size smh I forgot I was shopping for myself. So I went to cherry hill mall and Matt/Justin helped me. So Justin brought out all black white strip samba for sizing purposes only. He brought out a 4 which was perfect fit. Then Justin made a couple calls. The last call was the Right One. He know someone who knew someone special behind the phone. She did made it happened. So I left my name number and size. So I got a call Wednesday about the sneaks. Then He said what color. I said the tan off white. He's paused for a second. And said not the black ones. I said no. He said I'm going to make a call and If I don't call you right back your good. I first found out about this shoe a while back when it started trending online. I held off on buying a pair because I wanted to make sure it wasn't a "come and go" trend that I would get tired of after a few months. I was able to pretty much break them in after 2-3 wears. Now, they fit great and they go with everything. It's such a classic, low-profile shoe that can be dressed up or down. I could definitely wear these shoes with jean shorts on the weekend but also pair them with a midi-skirt for work during the week (which is exactly what I did). I honestly can't wait to start pairing these with so many looks!

I love Nordstrom. Pretty much the only place I shop for fashion on-line. Today, my much anticipated Adidas Sambas arrived. I have been trying to buy these for a year but they never have my size in stock, but one day while looking, again, they had ONE - 7.5 women's black Sambas available. In my cart, $100 bucks, bam! Today I am sad, they came in a crushed, taped back together box, no shape insert, laced-up, clearly worn with animal or something hair inside both, and schmutz on the soles. They look like I could have gotten them at Goodwill. Not a consignment store, because they would have at least cleaned them up before selling them. :-(
I bought these Adidas Sambas in the big kid size because they were less expensive than the adult size. I typically wear a size 6 in womens. I bought a size 4 in big kids size. They are the perfect fit. Nothing different than the adult sizes. Not bulky looking or weird. I bought these for a trip that I will be doing a lot of walking and I wanted something soft and comfortable. These fit the bill. They have soft leather and I don't really need to break them in. It has enough arch support but if you need a lot of arch support these would not be for you. Overall they are just what I was looking for and worth the price.
I've been researching Samba OG sneakers for a minute and everywhere I've read, I was told to size up. I am normally a woman's size 10 (I am a true 10 with wide feet). In Converse, I wear (men's) size 7.5 or 8s. But for Samba OG sneakers, I ordered a woman's 10.5/men's 9.5. I just came on here to exchange for a smaller size but they're completely out of the white/halo blue/gum5 color way -- as is nearly every other store it seems -- so I'm sticking with these even though my feet look disproportionately larger than the rest of my body. Whoops! I think it is safe to play it conservative, at least in the way sizing is listed on Nordstrom's site, and go for your regular size.
Love these sneakers so much! They’re sleek, slim & low profile. Exactly what I was looking for & am not disappointed! Was extremely hard to get these in my size but Hibbett had them! Shipping was fast & free. I am between a size 6 & 6.5 (usually 6) - I went with the size 6, they feel ever so slightly “tight” in the toe box area but with some wear I think they’ll loosen. I also have narrow feet/heels. These sneakers are great for people with slimmer feet in my opinion. Only downside was not being to try these on in store but they’re great non the less. Currently wearing these in Amsterdam & they’re perfect!
I normally wear women’s 9 and got these in 9.5 (marked on inside US 8.5, uk 8, fr42, jp 265) I got them in 9.5 because 9 was sold out. Anyway i wore them on a trip everyday for 14 days. Wore them with cotton no-show socks. They were very comfortable. No break in and no blisters. I noticed that the shoe has a very narrow toe box so even though 9 would have been better length wise, it may have squeezed my toes so the mainly walking trip may have been a more uncomfortable on my feet. I did A LOT walking in warm weather. I have other adidas in woman’s 9 (marked on the inside us 8, uk 7.5, fr 41.5, jp 260). So go figure. The sizing maybe is weird because this shoe is so narrow.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The shoes I received were clearly used. There were visible signs of wear, including dirt on the soles and scuff marks all over. To make matters worse, I found human hair inside the shoes! This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic.I expected to receive a brand-new pair of shoes, but instead, I got something that looked like it had been worn for days. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. To make matters worse, I was told the return would be at FedEx or UPS, but it ended up being at USPS. It was not the best experience having to now wait in a long line to make a return.
