On the Internet are specific things that you can go through each one to see if your shoe is authentic or not. This shoe looks like a"fake"plus it's a 6 1/2 and fit my friend who wears an 8. but when I scanned the QR code on the tag it brought me to the ADIDAD website. So they are"real". But who wants shoes that look fake? They are going back.

This was a very disappointing buy because I had the same model and color of these shoes for YEARS and decided to buy a new pair for a recent trip. I started breaking them in, which I never had to do with the previous shoes, but these never broke in. They consistently make my feet bleed when walking, which never happened with my previous pair. They're not as comfortable. I don't know if Adidas has changed the make of these shoes or Nordstrom sold me a good knock-off but I'm really sad that I spent $100 on shoes that I thought would last me more years and that I can barely wear now.

I'm reposting this review because I cannot find my recent review on this product. I'm very disappointed with these shoes. I purchased the same model 4 or 5 years ago and was very happy. The previous shoes did not even have to be broken in and they were durable. These new shoes have been worn for weeks and have not broken in yet. They caused my the back of my foot to get ripped up and I had to walk around with bandages. They caused my toes to be in pain from hitting the sides. After I wore them for a couple of weeks and could not wear them any more because they were killing me, my mother started wearing them and they killed her toes, too. I don't know if Adidas changed how they make this model of shoe or if Nordstrom sent me a knock-off but these were awful.

Love these! They're really cute and I've gotten lots of compliments. The green is nice. I already have a couple of Adidas Superstar sneakers, but loved the green color of these and the extra lift in the XLG sole. These fit true to size compared to other Adidas Superstar sneakers, but run large compared to other sneaker brands. The 7.5 fits great (my normal Adidas Superstar size), and I normally wear a 7.5 in heels and sandals, but typically wear size 8 or 8.5 in other sneakers, so stick with your high heel size for these. Because the sole is so thick, the shoe doesn't bend a lot when walking (at least not for me so far), like with a platform sneaker, but that's not a problem for me.
I am ALWAYS an 8.5 in running shoes and an 8 in sandals/sneakers/heels and have a slightly wide toe box. I ordered an 8 in these and they slipped on and off. I would definitely need a 7.5 (sold out unfortunately) but hoping this helps someone else avoid that! Super comfy shoe and definitely a well made and sturdy shoe. But SIZE DOWN lol. Great for anyone with slightly wider foot and super comfy!
I can't give a full review on these Adidas superstars because they were not bought for myself. I have bought them as a Christmas present for my partner. They look really nice and I'm sure he will like them as they're not the first pair of superstars he has had. I'm sure they will fit and look good when my partner tries them on. Thank you.
I’ve been wearing superstars for decades, but these are not at all comfortable. They are very stiff, with the ankle area digging in as well. I ordered half a size smaller as suggested in other reviews, and the size overall is fine. It’s just that the show itself is way too stiff and uncomfortable. These are going back, which is unfortunate because they look pretty nice.
I have owned 2 Superstar sneakers and I was never wrong with the sizing. This are men’s sizes that you see on the website. I went to store and attempted to try a 6.5 but they have it in stock. I’m 7.5 in women’s but for this shoes I’m a 6.5 and I was never wrong. Shoes are very comfortable but I suggest you break it before wearing it for a longer period. It’s a bit stiff. I wore this when I was in San Diego and it’s a very comfortable walking shoes. I am happy with my 2nd pair of Superstar sneaker.
The quality of these shoes is amazing! They feel like they’d last for decades… I wish I would have sized down though, the picture with the Nike Air 270’s are a size 10 and they are still a half an inch smaller than the adidas which are a size 9.5. The pic with the vans is size 9.5. So I would definitely size down minimum of a half size especially if you’re normally a 9.5-10.
Exactly as the headline says. These are comfortable shoes that last about as long as poor quality shoes normally do. That is: 2 years. You say “preposterous! That’s plenty long for a sneaker!” I respond: “Only because most shoes have generally seen a steep decline in quality to stay abreast of fast-fashion trends. A shame- given the classic design.” My recommendation: if you can- spend the extra money on a quality pair of sneakers (eg. sewn together vs glued) it’s less expensive in the long run.
