I wish I could keep these sneakers. The tongue is unreasonably long and hard and sticks into the front of my ankle. They work fine if I didn't need to stand or walk in them

I ordered men’s trainers but was sent women’s trainers in a different colour scheme to those I had ordered.ASOS do not even offer to replace them. Their only resolution is to send them back for a refund and then order again. I would expect any reputable organisation to be at least capable of rectifying their own mistake rather than causing further delay and putting the owner on the customer to re-order.
Why bother with Falannels, get yourself to the officail site, free delivery/returns, different class.
