Very comfy shoes but definitely size up!I normally wear a 4 in trainers but because I am in between sizes 4-5 I ordered a 5 to be on the safe side and they were too small!I sent them back and got a 5.5 and they are still tight! I would say size up a whole size. I’ve never before ordered bigger than a 5 in any other shoe.The cushion underneath is good and they look nice and feel comfy I just think the sizing is very off.Marks and Spencer returns were very quick and no problems sending the first pair back.

Great value, extremely comfortable and supportive. Great for working out. I sized up as i know adidas trainers can come up small. Went a whole size up and the fit is perfect.
My Husband thinks they look very "Benidorm" I think they are comfortable & a great price in the Sale. Its important to wear well balanced footwear& these trainers certainly Do the Job. Hooray for Comfy Feet !!!
