I paid the ÂŁ5 to return the trainers and to have a refund. I then received a email stating that I would not be charged and would get a refund within 2/5 days. Almost two weeks later âl am still waitingâ. I believe in punctuality - would it be possible to have my refund please

I bought these and they are pretty comfy. They did run a lil big but Iâm in between sizes so it worked out for me. My only complaint is that the insole wore off and pretty much fell apart throughout wear. Itâs an eco friendly insole and unfortunately it didnât last long. I had to buy a replacement insole

I think these shoes are so cute, but they lack any kind of support or cushion, especially in the forefoot. I cannot wear them for more than an hour or so without experiencing significant pain in the balls of my feet. I also agree with many others that the insole of the shoe feels cheap and is not at all comfortable. They are fine for quick trips to the store but definitely do not recommend for exercise or extended wear; so disappointing.
I wouldnât recommend buying these shoes. Just like some of the other reviews, the insoles started falling apart in both shoes. I contacted Adidas to see about an exchange, etc and they denied my warranty claim. As of 11/11/2023 Iâm still within the time frame to make a claim and yet still nothing was done and I r only had them a month. I call that poor customer service on Adidas. Do not recommend.
Good looking shoe and super comfortable...for barely 5 months of casual wear!!! The Cloudfoam inner broke down and started coming out in clumps, making the shoe very uncomfortable AND the rubber sole started coming away from the bottom of the shoe!!! To top it off, I wore them when I popped outside for 5 minutes on a rainy day and as soon as I stepped on the wet pavement, water got in and started wicking up inside the shoe - wet inside but dry on the outside!! What the hell, Adidas??? Not happy!!! đ¤ŹYou need to review the quality of your cloudfoam inners AND the garbage glue you use to attach the rubber soles asap. Me? I'm going back to Nike, thanks. At least their shoes see out a year or two of casual wear.

Shoes feel right and look right online.... but definitely NOT RIGHT. The TR21 adidas shoe is an overall grayish color with a tint of red. It has blue and orange trim pieces. I own a pair already. JC PENNY'S version has the left shoe missing it's orage trim... the pair look weird together.
I cannot even begin to tell you how difficult it is to find shoes for my son, ones he actually likes anyway. These do run big and are wide at the top. I purchased a size 10M and they are wide. These are the go to shoes for my son, he says the cushion helps his feet. If you are someone with chronic feet pain, give these a try I really don't think you'll be disappointed. I noticed a couple reviews said these are the worst shoe but I imagine they are probably use to wearing narrow shoes and don't need the extra room. The look is great! It's the standard Adidas look but with cushion for those that need the extra support. I saved the tag so I can buy these again when the time comes :)
My son said "it's like walking on clouds mommy, I can run fast like sonic!" My son tends to wear out his shoes quickly, with these?? I havent seen one scratch, scuff, or indention on these shoes !! They were also such a freaking deal you couldn't pass these up ! First shoe that caught his eye and he still loves them, he doesn't put as much pressure on the front of his foot either now
