These have been my favorite sneaker of all time. The least fussy, goes with everything kind of sneaker. Very comfy and loosens up after just a couple of wears. Easy to clean. Only issue is that these have gotten an upgrade. The tongue used to be longer so that you could fold it over and tie the laces on top of the tongue to prevent it from shifting. They have shortened the tongue to the length seen on traditional sneakers. Because of this, of course, the tongue doesn’t stay put.

I received my adidas Samba OG sneakers and my son loved them!!! The only thing is I didn’t know that they weren’t true to size and I had to exchange them for a smaller size. The style of the shoe is very classy and they compliment my son’s adidas warm up very well!!!!

My husband loved these! They do run half size small so the half size larger worked perfectly. Usually Adidas run big but this style runs small. He is a 10 and fit into the 10.5... a great young shoe. Perfect for any age! Colors and quality are great! Love that the stripes are navy and no black. I wish Adidas made them for women with a white sole! I would buy them right away!

This was a birthday gift for my husband to replace the pair I bought him 5 years ago and have been on countless trips to NYC, LA and Paris, proof they're durable. These are his go-to shoe they're for traveling where there's a lot of walking but are an ideal shoe for kicking around at home on the weekends. Although his original shoes are showing some wear, I don't' think he'll part with them and will wear these new ones for when he needs to look a little nicer with jeans and jacket or tee. He's typically a 9 or 9.5 in shoes and took a 9.5 in these.
I purchased these shoes for my husband as he loves adidas. He is very picky when he comes to shoes. He had been looking for a pair of shoes that met his expectations. These shoes are not only comfortable, but look amazing! You can dress them up and look great casual as well. Im very happy that I was able to find his size. This is by far recommended for purchase the quality exceeds our expectations!
I absolutely love the look of these sneakers and I read the reviews before I purchased them. That said, for women who are considering buying the shoes, order them a complete size down. They are huge!! Note that these shoes are D width, which are for men. I normally wear a size 6B and 1/2 but in this shoe I would at least need a 5.5. They fit me like Ronald McDonald. Nordstrom's really needs to update the description and note that these shoes run big. Every other website on the internet indicate that these shoes run large, not small.
I've been wearing Sambas for over 20 years now. I love that now they are fashionable. I just got the white with the blue stripes on them. I already have the white with the black stripes. I wear these shoes with everything. Not to mention they are extremely comfortable, and you can take them from lifting weights at the gym to a cute casual outfit out. If you are a women buying them they run a little big. I am a 8 1/2 womens. And I actually had to try 3 different sizes at first. I ended up on the size 7, which now runs a little large.
This is a well made shoe that will last a long time. Some people may not like that the heel sticks up for protection while playing, and the shoe will feel narrow until it breaks. The major problem I had is that the white balance of the website photo has apparently been modified to look better. In person, the white Samba doesn't have that near-white suede and gum sole you're currently looking at - the suede is more gray or taupe, and the sole is a dark brown. The picture looks far better. It'd be a cleaner look if the colors were lighter. Returned.
Classic sambas. Bought them for work as a fun business casual pop of retro. Comfortable at first but through the day, by hour 6 they’re unbearably uncomfortable. Toe box cuts into the top of my toes. I have very normal, almost stubby toes and this seam shouldn’t be cutting that badly.
My 14 year old son isnt too tough of one to keep stylish because he’ll wear whatever I tell him to. But he truly does love his adidas. They are casual enough for school but polished enough for family stuff. Last night a blazer with jeans and these kicks - so handsome
