Brought my usual size 8 but seemed very tight and especially across my big toes. Wore to work for a day and absolutely killed my feet by the end of the day and couldn’t ware again……I sit down most of the day and only have a 10 minute walk to the office

Paid for next day delivery and 2 weeks later, still nothing delivered. Despite numerous emails etc, HOUSE OF FRASER are refusing to refund me until the goods are received and I return them.Next stop, small claims court
Great fit and look value for money would buy again
The shoes are advertised as leather however they're not. Very cheap looking not worth the money, my son wore these to school 2 weeks and they already worn out. It is difficult to find a way to discuss this with house of fraser, other than return option there is no option to make a complaint. After numerous emails we finally got an address where to write but have heard nothing back since. Awful product, awful service. Will not use them again.
