I got the all white shoe in the NAS. It was the last size available 5.5. I usually wear size 7. I decided to give it a try since there was a tip to order a size down. I was planning to get a size 6.5 but since it sold out, I tried these. They worked perfectly. They look amazing, fresh, and are super comfortable. I wasn’t expecting that. I purchased the all-white Stan Smith. I saw several girls wearing the green accent ones on campus this year and I decided I want to try something new. I loved the style. I decided to go with all white because I am picky about everything matching and figured the white would be the best option. I usually wear much slimmer sneakers like Converse or Keds, so the style of these took a while to get used to because they are a bit thicker than those other shoes and the toe is much rounder. But now I love them and their versatility! I feel like I could wear them with skirts, shorts, skinny jeans, and maybe even a business outfit to give it an edgier look. I bought the black/gold pair online and didn't realize that it has a patent leather look, but that didn't bother me because I thought they were still really cute. The biggest issue for me was the tongue of the shoe. It is thin and not padded, and it is longer than normal. It rides all the way up my ankles and chafes when I walk. Yes, I know I can wear long socks or pull the tongue up over my pants - but if I'm going to pay up for a shoe, I shouldn't need a work-around to make the shoe comfortable. I had been on the look out for white sneakers. I thought I had finally found them. I had read previous reviews to order down as they are big. Typically wear a 7.5 wide. I was indecisive if I should order a 7 or a 6.5. Took a chance and ordered a 6.5. The shoes finally came and was so eager to try them on. They fit! Walked around a few times in the house with them on. They were comfortable! No complaints. I couldn’t wait to wear them. I finally wore them out to run errands (target, kohls and Costco trip) and let me tell you after about 2 hours I could not wait to get home and take them off! The cushion in the sole seemed non existent as this point. The holes where the laces start were now digging into the top of my foot. Maybe my feet are too thick? I wanted a pair of cool white sneakers and these are awesome! So comfortable and really cute. I bought the one with the gold details since the pink was not available in my size. I did go down a half size. My normal size is a 7.5 so I ordered a 7! They fit perfectly! They are like a hug on your feet! Thank you Nordstroms for a quick easy online buying process and delivery!
Great looking casual sneaks. Got the white/green. Has a classic, clean, minimalist look to it. I’m usually Sz 7.5 in sneakers, but got 7 in these. Good fit with room in the toe box (~0.5 inch with socks). My pet peeve is having my toes touch the front of the shoes. For those who like their sneakers to be more fitting, might have to size down further. For me, works out perfectly. Comfy and likely will wear more of it in the fall, so my feet won’t get too hot.
A few reviews mentioned that these shoes run big, but I figured my normal size would be fine. I was wrong. My go to shoe size is 6.5, but depending on the brand I have shoes ranging from size 6 to 7. For these shoes I had to size down a whole shoe size to 5.5. Other than the sizing issue, these shoes are what I was looking for.
These iconic shoes have been around since 1965 and have always been made with genuine leather. Why would Adidas change the well loved Stan Smith to vegan leather! This is an inferior product, yet still charging $100 for vegan leather. I paid less than this 3 yrs ago for my pair in genuine leather. Because I wanted another pair and I refuse to wear shoes that won’t allow your feet to breathe or mold to your feet, I had to resort to searching for a pair on eBay. I really hope they’ll see what a terrible mistake this was and go back to making these as they had always been for decades in leather. This might not be a concern to everyone but I truly believe in “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!”
These came in a totally demolished box …odd . Smelled like I truly can compare the smell . I didn’t give them a chance . Looked super cheap however did like leopard on back but not enough to keep. Quality is not even subpar. Shocked. They used to be high quality leather shoes
This shoe does run slightly larger. My normal size is 8.5 and I purchased an 8 based on reviews. The 8 fits however I’m thinking I could also wear a 7 1/2 because I still had a little room at the toe. The tongue on the shoe is slightly longer so you can see the image,which is no issue for me. I purchased the white/pink shoe and it fits comfortably. I removed one star due to the cushion inside the shoe being slightly loose upon arrival, but I decided to keep the order. Very cute!
