I bought these for my partner as he does a lot of mountain walking with our dogs. He said they are the best pair of mountain runners he has ever had. Very comfortable and durable. He now wants a second pair for "good wear".

The hiking shoes were my second choice, the boot version had sold out very fast. That being said, the shoe version are comfortable and fit for purpose, Love them.
These are great quality trainers/hiking shoes. I usually wear a UK size 11 but these shoes in size 11.5 are perfect for my old plates of meat. They wear a bit small so be sure to give yourself the extra 0.5 :-) The service from Smart Fitness has been great - the order arrived as described with no problems.
Purchased a soze 8 half size up feom what I normally wear expecting to use walking socks, but having to wear thin sports socks as the toe cup is ridiculously small, there is no give what so ever.
I normally wear size-43 footwear, so decided to order a 9.5, which proved the correct decision. Very comfortable and excellent to walk in ‘straight out of the box’. My first couple of walks were through long grass, and my feet remained completely dry. Just about to do some ‘gentle trekking’ in Scotland in the new shoes, and - if they ‘perform as anticipated’ - I’ll be investing in a second pair when I return home. So far, so good!
My previous pair of these AX4 Goretex hiking shoes (bought only recently) were given a good workout in often difficult terrain in Scotland, and I was so pleased with them that I bought this second pair. The shoes gave me great reassurance when balancing on slippery boulders across water (for example), and come at an excellent price. And compared to similar shoes from another supplier (which soon looked very tired), these cleaned up so easily and still look fab. I bought size 9.5 when I usually wear a 9, and there is plenty of room. Very pleased.
