The elastic entry is tight enough to wedge a hardball into it, and not have the ball come out when the shoe is turned upside down. I threw away the laces. Once the foot has successfully fought its way into the shoe, the shoe is not coming off without a similar struggle. I can see why the shoe didnt sell and why it was new at $29.00

Hard to get your foot in shoe. Elastic around ankle is really tight. I’m considering returning shoe. Once foot is inside shoe feel great except around ankle.
