The shoes are great but the size is very small and they should say it. I never use more than 44 and in these they are small.

I have both the regular 21's and the COLD.RDY 21's and I'd say the COLD.RDY version is actually more comfortable. This isn't a knock on the regular version bc I like them too. The toe box definitely has a bit more room. Some say the COLD.RDY version is warmer and it might be but its negligible unless you're running in extreme heat you probably wont notice.
