bottom part color starts to wear off after the first use, buy with white sole, or get ready to dye it yourself. then it is a 4 star if you can live with that. At this price point I expect better color quality. And after this I assume the shoe build won't stay good for a longtime either.upper part feels cheap, don't look like a quality product, I have a Core Black / Silver Green / Carbon version with a different sole, that feels way better. The main cool thing that after a long, standing/walking day my feet doesn't hurt at all.Running? there are other shoes which are way better constructed for running.

We bought this item for my daughter on her birthday! She was so happy to get another pair of these. She has the white ones. I love this shoe, I have four pairs. She wanted gray/white like mine, I bought her these. The same the day she wore them we noticed a whole. She was so upset and I told her that I would contact the store about the hole on the fabric of the shoe. She didn’t do anything to cause this to happen. After calling the store with my concern, I was asked to come in person to speak to a manager and bring the shoes. Manager looked at the shoe and made it better for and did an exchanged. Thankful for it and my daughter is so happy that she will enjoy her shoes now.

In these shoes, you are paying for brand name and marketing, cushioning, arch support, a thin layer of rubber traction that will wear off, and the capacity to adjust the width/volume around the midfoot; so that's what you are prioritizing if you buy them. They are comfortable workhorses. They are definitely not handsome shoes in larger sizes (eg. Women's 9, 9.5...). I have low-volume feet and wear 9 in dress shoes and 9.5M in athletic shoes. With their extended sole and long front (bonnet), these Adidas shoes are in total 2" longer than any other shoe I own, though they fit. I feel like my size-13-shoe dad when I wear them. They look nice in that size 6 in the photo on your screen; but in 9.5 I would not wear them anywhere but running. In terms of both function and aesthetics, I will probably go back to the Brooks Ravenna after I wear off the rubber on these Adidas Ultraboosts. Both wipe out the plantars fasciitis and hip pain I get running in (prettier) shoes without cushioning and stability. Although they are ugly, I think these Ultraboosts are worth the sale price.

Have been using these shoes for awhile. The problem is that the sole, at the impact area near the heals, doesn't last more than a few runs, exposing the white foam. Since these are expensive to replace, I apply Shoe Goo (Ace Hardware) to these spots immediately after each run. I am sure Adidas know about this issue...but they are in the business of selling shoes. The second issue is the insole. Not the best. So I immediately replace them with Walk Hero's inserts (or similar) and these shoes become lasting and comfortable.
I have always wanted to try ultra boost but didn’t want to pay the 200.00 price tag. I was super excited to try these when they were popped up on sale for the anniversary sale. I have worn these twice for my 12 hour shifts and they have been great!Pros:- color/style- lightweight- no breakin periodCons:- don’t know if they will last 3+ years- they might not fit wider feet
Disappointed with these Boost shoes. My previous pair had great arch support and had a stretchy opening for your foot to fit into. This version has no arch support and a non-stretchy opening for your foot. I put in arch supports and will have to stretch the opening at a shoe shop. I’ve already worn them outside, so can’t return them.
I am a standard 8M in flats, an 8.5M in Nike and Adidas sneakers and never had a problem buying online until now. I just ordered several pairs of athletic shoes to choose a replacement a pair of Nikes that's wearing out and unfortunately, they are all going back to be exchanged for a smaller size. I think Nordstrom's conversion of EU sizes is way off for some reason. This pair of Adidas ultraboosts that were supposed to be a women's 8.5M, were marked UK7 and Fr 40 2/3 - way larger than a standard 8.5. Unless I was somehow sent an assortment of men's shoes, I wish Nordstrom paid more attention to size charts.
Sooo love my Ultraboost sneakers - the breathable uppers, arch support & the comfy top of foot support. BUT ... Adidas seems to have made some changes in this new model. The top of foot supports that hold the shoe laces now have 2 sizeable slits instead of the one solid piece of the past. For me this causes the overall shoe fit to flatten out - makes feet look fat because they spill out to the sides without sturdy support. Please consider redesigning them - took a chance thinking maybe they had changed, but same as the returned ones ordered last Nov. For the price and in view of some wonderful new competitive brands out there that are far superior in fit, had to return.
I bought these shoes because i like the ultra boost feel, unfortunately i failed to read the full description. These shoes have poor tread and are very slippery on the floors. These were made from recycled plastics. I hated the feel of the soles/grip and returned them promptly. I understand recycling, but really i don’t understand Adidas is risking peoples safety with poor shoe traction.
I got these because my old ones were starting to get raggedy…and let me tell you I had them for 3 years!! So I thought these ones would be the same. NOPE! If you have a high arch be careful! These have caused massive amounts of pain because of how much it’s pushing down on my foot. It literally gave me a flat foot. If you already have flat feet then these are for you. Other than that, I wouldn’t rate these more than 2 stars because I’ve only had these for 5 months and already have a hole on the bottom of the shoes.
