I normally take a 2E width in running shoes, so after reading reviews about the Ultra Boost, I figured it would be a no-go for me. After trying one on in a local Adidas store, I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the PrimeKnit actually was to my slightly wide forefoot. The Zante insole fixes this too, but adding that extra lip for more complete foot comfort.I'm using this mainly as an everyday work/casual shoe due to the comfort, but I may pick up a 2nd pair to dedicate to running. Pricey, but it really does feel fantastic on my feet. I've been having a hard time finding a good everyday sneaker that fits well and is comfortable, and I've found that in the Adidas Ultra Boost.

Great shoe, this is my fourth generation boost shoe I have used. I will never try something else. It fits me nicely. I have been alternating use of this shoe with an adidas ultra boost ST, this shoe is much superior to the ST. I am a heel striker and this shoe has a lot of heel support. I trained for a marathon with my old Ultra boost which has more than 500 miles on it and is still looks like new. This one I used t for a hundred miles before the marathon. I ran the marathon with it and I felt great. Great cushioning, great support . High recommend for long runners, marathoners athletes.

I use the Ultraboost 3.0 for casual walking and light running. The shoe runs long and the upper is made up of a really stretchy prime knit. Because of this, it is best to go a whole size down from your true Nike Size. Even with going a whole size down I still have a tad bit of room in between my toes and the front of the shoe, which is how I like it. I usually wear a size 10 in my Nike shoes and other brands. I wear a 9.5 in the Ultra boost 2.0 and and a 9 in the Ultra boost 3.0. I also use Insite Insole orthotics on top of the stock insole for arch support and extra stepping comfort. Definitely a unique fitting shoe. Could not get a good heel lockdown for running, regardless of how I laced it. The plastic cage has a tendency to dig in to the side of your foot if you lace too hard anyway. These were not really practical for real running, but I tried to give them a shot as everyday shoes. The toe box is extremely shallow. If your big toes are anything but very flat and small you'll get a visible bump where your big toes are. The pressure from the knit fabric on the edge of my big toe drove me nuts and caused some discomfort. The shoe would only work if I removed the sock liner, but then the underfoot comfort was compromised. I tried different insoles, but all just make the toe box too shallow again. Love this shoe. They're probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. "Walking on clouds" was a common review I read about them and I have to agree with that sentiment. In terms of sizing, I had to buy them without trying them first due to proximity of shoe stores. I normally wear size 9's but I went up a half size and that was a good choice. I think it will ultimately boil down to whether or not you prefer a tighter fit or a slightly looser one. Either way they should work because the flyknit technology will allow for stretching over your foot but I like them looser for comfort sake.

It realy fits like a glove - I think I could cut off the "cage" and get away with it. The sole is awesome - super light but great cushioning ! The stretch fabric upper is outstanding. For those with wide feet, this is brilliant - it just expands just like socks and it is super breathable.This cost me twice of what my other running shoes cost on average - but I felt like it was totally worth the extra $$One problem though - at the inner side of one shoe, the stitching came out afetr just 100 miles. This is my 2nd pair of Ultra Boost Running Shoe that I have purchased in 6 months. It is by far the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned (I don't run, but do power walking). I also purchased the Ultra Boost ST Running Shoe version and it's a bit too stiff for me. Sadly I will need to return and will purchase (when available) another pair of Ultra Boost Running Shoe. The only challenge with these shoes is that they are not that durable, the sole wears out fairly quickly. I rather have a pair last 6 months, but provides the BEST overall comfort than a more durable shoe that may last over 1 year, but only 1/2 the comfort.
Pass on the Adidas Ultra Boost...After reading all the glowing reviews on this shoe, I felt it necessary to relatemy very different experience.First off, let me say that Adidas in my past experience were absolutely wonderful,had used them for years.This version, Ultra Boost, however, was just plain 'weird.'The fit was OFF in both length and width for sure,but beyond that they felt like you were running in house slippers.I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by alternating themwith several other vendor's shoes. But by the time I had solidifiedand confirmed my decision with testing, it was too late toreturn them. I would definitely NOT get them again.

I have been wearing ASICS Gel Kayano's for the last 10 plus years. The ultra boost are hands down the most comfortable running shoes on the market right now. I also just bought a pair of the new Nike Epic React Flyknits, Nike's biggest breakthrough since Nike Air and their answer to the Boost. Unless I bought a flat pair, I must be missing something. I have bought 2 other colors of Ultra Boosts since purchasing this pair. They're like walking / running with Swedish Fish on your feet.
