The Adidas Boston 10 is the latest generation of Adidas’ incredibly popular Boston series. It is a complete overhaul of the last generation, where almost everything on the shoe has been improved. But the shoe is still true to its predecessor, so you get a fast shoe with enough shock-absorption to keep you running for miles. The shoe should be perceived as a younger sibling to Adidas’ high-end model. The Adidas Boston 10 can be used for both work-out and race-day. I’ve been a runner for years and never gave Adidas a chance until recently. I’m a convert. The Boston 11s are a great everyday shoe which are fun to run in. There is a break-in period. Out of the box, they are stiff and you may need to run in them for approx 40kms or so before they start to hug your feet in the right places but after that, they are great! The shoe is pretty light as well (for a non CP shoe). I really enjoy these shoes. Worth putting in your every day running shoe rotation. I love mine!

Definitely the most comfortable shoes to run with on pavement. I easily get shin splints and knee pain from my XC years, and these shoes noticeably have reduced both to zero pain. One thing I will say is that the heel tends to dig in a bit and even after running a solid 20 mi in these, I still get pain in the heel. Not bad enough to get blisters, thankfully, but enough to mention. You can prevent this pain by wearing higher socks, but if you wear no-show socks or run barefoot, this could be a problem.

These felt very unusual out of the box, but tried them for a short 2-mile run and then straight to a 13-mile run the next day. The front drop of the sneaker felt odd when walking, but they are really comfortable for long runs. Plenty cushy, no hot spots or rubbing, good snug fit at the heels. Good room in the toe box but not klunky/ ugly like so many other brands. Only thing they could improve is longer laces. Very happy with these!

Purchased this in July 2023…4 months into ownership, both shoe failed, in the same area covered by the fragile mesh material. For a pair of shoes design for running, with potential usage for many miles, the selection of this material was an oversight. It looks nice but not very durable…other issue with the design is the tongue of the shoe is semi rigid and digs into top of the foot, making it very uncomfortable. No choice but to trash these now since this is considered “normal wear and tear”…
I really wanted to love these. They are a really nice looking pair of shoes, but this is about where they stop. I have semi-flat feet, and I get blisters if I run over 2 miles in these shoes. When I tighten them enough to avoid blisters I end up running on the lateral side of my foot which also leads to pain. If you're looking for a shoe to walk in, maybe it would be okay to go with these, for anything more intense, probably look for something that is more form fitting.
There is a lot to love in this shoe. Out of the box, it’s a fantasti , bright coral. I love a pop of colour, and with darker days ahead I’m always happy to be more visible. On the foot, it’s really lightweight with great cushioning. I am a reliable 8.5 in regular shoes but often find I need to size up at least 1/2 a size in running shoes but I found these fit really well. The tongue wraps around so it’s almost like an inner sock. It fit a bit tight initially but is softening up. Totally recommend this shoe.
I used to run the Bostons years ago until I ended up with a stress fracture in my foot. I switched to more cushioned shoes after that. When I saw adidas changed the Bostons to be more cushioned, I decided to go back to them, and they are perfect for me when running long distances. My feet don't hurt after 20+ miles. I did have to adjust the lacing to reduce pressure on the top of my foot, but I've had to do that with several shoe brands.
I have run only in Asics for 15 years, but decided to give these a try based on positive reviews for outside distance running. I was not optimistic as these shoes have the sock lining which to me limits the ability to adjust the shoe to best fit my foot. The material was very sharp and rubbed against my shin, by the end of my first run, which was painful, I had red areas on both my shins from the razor-sharp material. Can't move the tongue due to the sock lining, so my options to address my discomfort during my run were limited, wasn't going to run home barefoot but I did think about it for a minute. The shoe itself seems like it might be ok, but I wasn't impressed by this style due to the issues listed. Other shoes I run in are more comfortable but to be fair, I could not run in these shoes more than one time. The sole of the shoe is made with continental tire material but not the entire sole, I am concerned that portion of the sole will wear down before the tire sections and alter my gait/foot strike due to uneven wear. I can see this is going to be an issue after one run based on the wear pattern. The continental tire soles do add traction and minimize noise from pounding the pavement, which were both positives. These might be for some to run in long distances, but I could not keep these due to these issues and will be returning them.
Tried these shoes for ~50 miles. The support was unbelievable, really great. But the top came up so high that it pinched and rubbed on my ankle causing extreme pain at the achilles tendon. If there were cushioning at the ankle I would have kept these. If you don't have sensitive ankles then I would 10/10 recommend.
I received a used pair of shoes. The bottom sole had visible dirt and had looked like someone had worn them for 10+ miles outside. I tried them on but the heel was very stiff and dug into me heel. It would have definitely cut my heel or even caused blisters.
