Bought for high mileage ultra training road shoes and immediately felt very stable and comfortable. Don’t really notice the stack height and feel very light. The comfort from these shoes is excellent and there’s a good energy return with each step. A solid purchase.

I exchanged the Hoka Bondi 7 for the Adistar. The toe box is wider so my foot doesn't rub at all. It seems to run tts. I always went up to a 10 for extra room, however I have plenty of room with the 9.5. I have a heel spur on my left foot that rarely speaks up when I walk around in the Adistar. Really cushioned and comfy! Very happy with this shoe so far...it's been about a week.
Unfortunately this shoe runs very large which adidas tend to, but this shoe is very disappointing with comfort and fit. I first wore them to the gym and they were a decent shoe for weight equipment, but not great for elliptical and a bit stiff. Then I mad a mistake of wearing them for a walk/run. Walking was ok, but with running they felt so bulky, heavy, and hard to wear. Wish I had never worn them in the first place so they could go back.
I bought this a month ago, and running in it is lifechanging, I used to run in the worst, flattest sketchers, but these are such a positive change. The cushioning is so soft, and its shape gives you an almost sea-saw like movement that propels you forward as you run, an amazing purchase!
Shoes are light, however something inside scrapes my sole while running making it very painful during and even after I take off the shoes. Had to return.
Had the orange version. Then got a calf injury, and bought the black ones. Excellent support. Very spongy on the inside.
I received these shoes yesterday and wore them for 10 hours. They feel great. Recently had meniscus surgery and I feel like the support of these shoes is very good for rehabbing the knee.I do not agree re size down. I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 in athletic shoes and took a 10.5 in these.The sole is huge, probably would look better on a smaller foot. But these are as comfortable if not more than Hokas.
Had these for 1 month- provided they last another 15, I’m very happy with them.I have a herniated disc and need some extra support and a soft landing. Very easy to get on and get lots of compliments on their looks. I’ve enjoyed these shoes. Only complaint is a small tread and a lot of need for frequent cleaning of the foam base.
