I thought I already completed a review, but here it is again. As stated I am still having trouble figuring out how this works. I have placed bids on other sneakers and my bid is not only the highest, but it is also at least three (3X) the next bidder. There is no time frame when these bids close out. How long am I waiting on these sneakers?I see a pair I like. The highest bid is $50. I bid $150, but I donât win? It has been three months and I still the highest bidder. Also there is no human being to speak with. Everything is email.I received the shoes I won and they had a stain on them. Ok, Iâll be honest. I got these because I thought they were cute. I actually bought two pairs. One for my son and one for me. Iâm a runner and On cloud was my go to shoes for years but let me tell you, these shoes feel amazing! I wear a 10 in womanâs running shoes so I ordered these in the menâs 9. Love them them!! The fit is perfect! Great for my track work and for my distant training. My son who is 12 loves training in his too. Plus they are super cute! Win win!

I have always been a fan of the UltraBoost series. I think everyone should have a pair of nice ultraboosts for a casual night out with friends. These are the coolest looking ones that I have seen, every time I wear them I get compliments about them! It has gotten to the point I wear them mainly on dates or when I want to impress people. Just like any white sneakers, they can easily get dirty. I would recommend buying a waterproof spray and spraying them a few times before use. They are also extremely comfortable! If I wasn't worried about them getting dirty, I would be wearing them all the time!
This is at least my 15th pair of Ultraboosts, but my first UB20's. Short answer, these are a definite upgrade from the UB19's in terms of material quality and fit and are an upgrade from the UB OG's (1.0-4.0) in comfort due to the increased amount of boost.I am lucky enough to have at least one pair of each model and year of the Ultraboost and these have very quickly become my favorites. Starting with the style, the ISS collab colorways are really eye catching and triple blue that I opted for is a great look. I can see why some people don't like the silhouette of the 20's or 19's, they seem bulkier, the midfoot cage is a little odd and the heal counter construction isn't as clean as the OG's. I can see why some people don't like the silhouette of the 20's or 19's, they seem bulkier, the midfoot cage is a little odd and the heal counter construction isn't as clean as the OG's. But, once on feet in person, they look really good and easy to understand why they made the design choices they did. That being said, if I'm gearing up for strictly style purposes, I would definitely choose as OG model. Just like the 19's, the 20's are built with a little more bias towards a performance shoe and its easy to tell once on feet.Comparing the 20's to the 19's on feet, there is very little difference in comfort with the exception of the material of the upper. The heal construction of 19's with primeknit fits a little loose and the 20's adding more padding and a neoprine material makes them lock down better and feel better when worn for a long time. The other big upgrade on the upper is the midfoot cage. Previously on the 19's (unless you get a consortium pair like the Universal Works) the cage is a floppy, cheep looking mesh that gets dirty and feels like a vegetable strainer. The 20's went with a solid, thicker plastic composite cage that feels more substantial and higher quality. The only trade off is they wont breathe as much as the 19's through the midfoot, but I have not noticed a difference so far. The added quality and thickness of the upper materials does make them feel just a pinch tighter on feet than the 19's. I sit perfectly between a 9.5 and a 10 and I went with the 10 in the 20's and I'm happy I did. that being said, if I were wanting 20's only for running or using at the gym, a 9.5 would likely be better due to the wider toe box featured on the 19's and 20's.Comparing the 20's to OG's (I also wear 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, ST, UC, LL, Mid, ATR, Guard, A16PC, EQT's and Porsche's.) I think these are more comfortable than any other model and I do not say that lightly. The only pair I would maybe put near the same level of comfort would be the Ace 16 Pure Control's and only because the mid height sock upper is insanely comfortable. The added boost material of the 20's (and 19's) feels more cushioned, but in a way that is more stable, which is an amazing accomplishment. The stride doesn't feel mushy or squishy like some boost's can and it has a very distinct feeling of "my foot stays where I plant it" giving me confidence whether I'm walking, running, pivoting or moving laterally. The forefoot is a little wider which I can appreciate. But, is also one of the reasons why I said before that if using the 19's or 20's for performance running or in the gym, stay true to size or go half size down so your foot isn't sliding around the toe box. The upper construction of the 20's, which is the biggest upgrade from the 19's, is on par with the best OG uppers, outside of a premium material consortium pair or Porsche Designs. The main difference between the 20's and OG's is the one piece sock construction upper that uses only primeknit instead of a cushioned neoprene. I prefer the primeknit, but its definitely something that some people would not care for. I love the nod to the 1.0 pattern in the toe box and its a great look along with the stabilizing stitching pattern of the 20's toe box. The upgrades from the OG models truly do make the 20's a great shoe for lifestyle but an even better shoe for performance running and gym. I currently wear an ST for running and workout's, but I may soon retire those and use a 20.In summary, the Ultraboost 20's are a great improvement from all its predecessors. The fit and comfort is on par, if not BETTER THAN ANY OTHER SHOE I HAVE EVER WORN. The style of the ISS triple blues that I purchased is unique, but fairly subtle and classy given the iridescent colored boost that's a little more attention grabbing on the black, grey or orange colorways. Fingers crossed that Adidas sees the improvements of the UB 20 as something to rally around and get back to doing incredible and unique collabs with design houses around the world. The market on UB's has slowed in the last few years and doubling down on the 20's as the flagship shoe for the brand could bring it back to the prominence it enjoyed circa 2016-17. Well done three stripes! I'm on board!
I've owned this shoe for a little over a month now, and I don't think I'll want to try another running shoe for awhile. The design of the shoe is beautiful, as the gold really stands out. The stripes on the side look painted on, and are only slightly imperfect. It's hard to tell unless you look at the shoe very closely. The shoe is a little heavier than my previous running/casual shoe, the Nike Flyknits. The tradeoff is fair, because the sole of the shoe absorbs a lot of impact while distance running on sidewalks. And it is not excessive for everyday wear in the office. My only other complaint thus far is that the tongue of the shoe can flip and fold downward, obscuring the logo. I use my white pair of Ultra Boost's as a comfortable and stylish shoe for casual wear. I would wear running and hiking if I didn't care about them saying white although I think they would hold up very well in the wash if you wanted to wear them harder than I do. I own another black pair that I have used on 15 mile + hikes without any pain or damage. My black pair is my go to shoe that I have worn about 5 of every 7 days. The Continental rubber sole doesn't wear down like at all! The sizing has been accurate. I hope that Ultra Boost's stay around for a long time!
I had some severe pain from metatasalgia, a nasty condition that is causes pain in the ball of your foot. Every step can feel like you are stepping on a sharp pebble that feels like its stuck in your shoe.I had been wearing Skechers. Comfy but little to no support. I saw my foot doctor and her recommend trying different shoes and wearing a hard orthodic for support.I had heard alot about the comfort of Ultraboost and thought it was just hype. It is not hype. Its not even close Ultraboost is by far the most comfortable and cushioned shoe I have ever worn. The support is also really good.
Adidas Ultraboosts have changed my feet and my shoe purchasing experience. In almost all the running shoes Iâve had, my arches have hurt and later made my shins hurt. My second year of track, I bought shoes that were recommended for running for long periods of time. After a week, I was sick of those shoes and I wanted shoes that wouldnât make my arches and the rest of my foot hurt. I talked to my mom, who is a physical therapist, and suggested Adidas Ultraboosts and she said, âwell, at that price, if they fix your feet I will be more than willing to pay that much.âWhen my Ultraboosts finally arrived, I wore them the next day to track practice. Note: I wouldnât suggest these for other sports because they donât have the right grip. My feet felt amazing, then I ... MoreAdidas Ultraboosts have changed my feet and my shoe purchasing experience. Note: I wouldnât suggest these for other sports because they donât have the right grip. My feet felt amazing, then I started running, and they still felt amazing ON THE FIRST DAY. I was amazed, the âsock-like feelâ fit to my feet nicely and the amount of cushion made my feet feel great the whole time. Adidas Ultraboosts are stylish and provide an amazing amount of comfort, theyâre orthotic quality without the grandma-shoe look. Adidasâ Ultraboost cushioning is made of a special thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) to create the individual pods that make up the sole, which increases mobility and comfort. All I have to say is whoever came up with this idea absolutely nailed it.Two years later, I am more likely to buy shoes if they have the same cushion that the Adidas Ultraboosts have.. Iâve already bought three pairs of Ultraboosts, two for me and one for a present. To this day, they have continued to hold up, I have no rips and they arenât worn down after Iâve worn them for over a year. Anyways, Adidas Ultraboosts are worth the price and have a style youâll love. You will not be disappointed, I know I wasnât.
Second pair of the Ultra Boost 20. Loved the feel and ride of my first pair had to buy another pair. I average about 10 miles daily and they've held up really well, even after 500+ miles in my last Ultra Boost 20. The only issue I came across was the stitching/seam rubbing right under my right ankle that left a scab on my first runs. Different pair of no shoe socks solved the issue and no issues w/my 2nd pair. Tried the Ultra Boost 21...completely different feel. It wasn't for me. So, with so many colors out there I'll probably grab another pair before they disappear. It's a great training shoe.....NOW go for a RUN!
