I bought these shoes for my son in May, by August the bottom of the shoe was coming apart at the seam. I notified Adidas and was told it was normal wear and tear. Ridiculous. Little black bits are getting into my son's shoes because it is coming apart at the seams after 3 months. Waste of $270.

My daughter’s fourth pair she only wears these Adidas. Her older pairs are still in great shape. She just keeps growing like a weed. She average is 2 to 3 matches the weekend and they’ve hold up well we’ll definitely purchase in the future.

I got these for my U16 son who plays ECNL in June. 3 months later they are falling apart at the toe and inside the foot near the toe. His teammate bought these around the same time and has the exact same problem. They are literally unwearable at this point, with the hard plastic bottom portion completely off the upper part (even worse now than the picture). A similar issue occurred with another "high end" pair of Adidas cleats. We won't be buying Adidas cleats anymore.

Great lightweight fit, look, and feel. The upper is thin and textured and facilitates great ball feel and touch that you come to expect from modern synthetics. For me, this iteration of the X boot doesn't provide quite the same lockdown as past generations. I've noticed a small amount of slipping when accelerating or changing directions quickly. I anticipate this will improve as the boots get more worn in, but it's not an issue I've had with older models. I think this version is pretty much "as good as" but not better than past X+ designs.

My son loves them. He plays for a very competitive club team and has training 3/4 days a week plus games on weekends and needs cleats that can take a beating and not hurt his feet. These have been great for the month he has had them.
These boots have carbon fibre for the sole. They are super springy, as you would expect carbon fibre to be. The carbon fibre is thin and light, but there’s no way you’re going to break it, no way. I’ve had laceless boots before, but none have had a cushion on the back next to your heal like these do, which keep the shoe glued to your foot. The material all around feels very high quality, light and strong. You can see from the pictures that they’ve added a really small stud towards the tip of the shoe. While much smaller than the main studs, this little thing is nothing less than a stroke of genius. The stud is small enough such that no matter how you kick the ball, it will never get in the way. These cleats are amazing! Lots of cushion on heel area and overall support is very good. My son spends a lot of time on soccer field each day. He said they feel true to size and loves these cleats.
I only compare this with the last version of this boot which is X speedflow. X speedflow is the best boot I ever had. The speedflow is good because its material is soft and fit my feet perfectly. This one like having a hard shell and hurt my feet
Runs slightly long so half size down was perfect. Fit my wider feet well and found that the material is very responsive. The toe box curls up a bit so I don’t feel the same push off effect that I have.l noticed in the .1 version of previous models and the lockdown is a bit loose. Wish there was a way to add a strap to better secure the stretchy area where the foot slides in.
