I am a size small and this vest fitted nice around my waist, but was a bit loose around the chest and armpits. Being a rash vest I wanted it tight. Might be worth ordering a size smaller than you normally wear.

As I wear a top and lifejacket over it, this isn’t a major issue, but it does add a small touch of discomfort.For the price, it is great value for money.

Excellent thermo rashie, has made swimming in the ocean on the NSW South coast much nicer this school holidays.
Good product. I've got the short sleeve version. Good quality and long lasting. Not as warm as a wet suit but definitely keep me much warmer during winter swimming in the ocean
As an older person, I need to move. Wearing my Adrenaline rashie or jacket, I stay warmer in any wind, whether paddling or doing outdoor aquaerobics.
The Adrenalin Thermal Rash top is great for wearing in an outdoor pool for Aqua aerobics in the winter particularly when the pool heater stops and the water is cold

Downside is I have to choose one size bigger to fit my waist but the chest is too big (luckily it is raglan style shoulder)
