As an older person, I need to move. Wearing my Adrenaline rashie or jacket, I stay warmer in any wind, whether paddling or doing outdoor aquaerobics.

The Adrenalin Thermal Rash top is great for wearing in an outdoor pool for Aqua aerobics in the winter particularly when the pool heater stops and the water is cold
I'm happy with my purchase, prompt service order received within a week, fairly priced, it is and does what is described in advertisement/catalog regarding the item happy with it. Downside is I have to choose one size bigger to fit my waist but the chest is too big (luckily it is raglan style shoulder)
I like the thermal rashie. It is certainly much warmer than a regular rashie. My only criticism would be that, because it’s unisex, it is very tight around the hips so tends to ride up a bit.
