Having made these comments, it appears to be working, i will monitor the use of this product and because of harm to The Kidneys, with long-term useage, I will not continue to use Automatically just because a month is up! I always use Advantage for fleas when I am dosing my new rescue cats with a wormer every week or 2 so that they only need flea control. It works extremely well. It's generally easy to apply even on a timid cat. It can be used on kittens from 500g so it covers a wide range of ages. If a cat is infested I use the pill (another brand) which gives immediate flea knockdown and apply this at the same time. I also use Advantage on my own cats if any rescue comes in with fleas, just to be sure. It works whether the cats are indoor only or go outside into an enclosure. I recommend this product to anyone who needs flea control for smaller cats and kittens.
worked on my rabbit for 6 months old and do not see anymore flees just after one use as i ought 6 months pack so price is amazing with quality product, i checked in one pet shop in Canberra and they were asking another product for same use for $45? I would higly recommend this products for rabbits and Kittens
We have a cattery so we bored and breed cats, for pregnant and lactating females with kittens this is ideal product. Not all products suit all cats trial and error is involved.

Nope. This is not working for us. It does kill the fleas on initial application, but we see live fleas on our cat pretty much within a week or two of application. The residual effect is not very good.
This stuff is the bees' knees of flea protection. While it doesn't have heartworm protection (do cats in Australia even get it?), it does everything else; kills the flea, it's eggs and breaks the cycle. All in a few hours to a day. We've been using it for years, with total success at both prevention of fleas and when we've forgotten, a quick dose kills them quick smart.
tried all the other brands - some didn't work after two weeks, one made the cat's hair fall out where it had been applied and one made her vomit. My cat now has Chronic Kidney Disease and I was petrified about putting anything on her that would stress the kidneys. The vet recommended Advantage, and we couldn't be happier!!!
