Love it very use able. But unlucky pump stopped. If water came from a tank at top would not need a pump. But does have button press feed. That's good. Does the whole deal press for water, then press for ice. Presto.

I’ve had this nearly 1 year but it’s not been on since end of summer. During the first few months I noticed it was noisy and ice would get stuck in the spiral wheel and start grinding causing the machine to be even louder.

Firstly, the product arrived without any instructions. Playing around with the buttons for 5 mins and you can work out how everything works. Where to put the water in is pretty obvious.The ice reservoir is fairly small. Filling a cup with ice empties it pretty much and it takes a while to re-make the used ice.Probably fine for a family of 4 having chilling drinks on a hot day, but no good for parties I would think.All in all, though I am reasonably happy with it and have it on for most of the day at present. Once the reservoir is full of ice, it pauses, so it is not running continually.

Very good ice machine. Excellent customer service, very kind and supportive in trying to fix my faulty ice machine but couldn't fix it. Eventually I got a brand new ice machine for replacement.

Works exactly as described! Makes ice cubes quickly and two different sizes. Large sized cubes are perfect for many purposes and even the small size is great for drinks. Does take up a little bit of bench space but worth the convenience of having ice cold

Very impressed with the quality and quietness of this ice-maker. I've found that the ice compartment has made it's maximum amount of ice in approximately 2 hours which is very speedy. A low hum and the sound of the ice dropping is all you hear, I also like that it is compact and fits nicely on the kitchen bench. I use the water-kettle to top the water up which works for me.If you need an ice-maker, with my experience so far I would recommend this one.

Ice cubes are very thin and melt too easily.Despite cleaning prior to use the water has a terrible chemical taste. A bit disappointed tbh.

Set up took a while to work out, but found we have wasted our money, we have no ice as the machine doesn't stay cold even when plugged in ice melts which makes the water a little chilled, Just disappointed as spent all that money and we through box out so can't even return. Now i know why you can only buy these machines online and get never get in store.

Perfect ice maker!

Love this machine. It makes cold water and ice within minutes! Machine will dispense two sizes of ice into cups with a push of a button. Then with a push of another button it will dispense cool water into cup also. So far I really like it.
