Great features on this product however it must be designed incorrectly or we are just unlucky with this oven. Whilst under warranty the door kept steaming up and dripping down on my other ovens. I was quite concerned as this is a microwave oven too. The engineer changed the door inner lining. Very disappointingly the warranty has just run out and the same problem has occurred.I rang the service department after speaking to a cyber robot who finally connected me to an adviser. She said “the only thing she could do was give us an out of warranty product contact number where we will have to pay”. I would not purchase AEG products again! I’m very disappointed with this product :(

Have had it for 5 years and the door has been replaced 5 times. It works well as a microwave as well as an oven. I don’t use the microwave function to cook, only to reheat and then when I need to bake/cook/grill something else, I use the oven function. It is just annoying that for the money I paid, I cannot get something that will work well for a whole year. I cooked yesterday and the puddle of water underneath it was ridiculous as well as the condensation still present almost 24 hours later

The new apartment came with the Combi as well as an AEG oven. To use the microwave you need to take out all the metal shelves, rails and pans per the warranty. Still, condensation is thick and when microwaving potatoes need to put power down to 600W or they get hard on one side and raw on the other. Also have to manually turn potatoes as no turntable.
