It didn't give this plumping feeling you normally get from a very good hydrator. Perhaps it will perform better on a younger person or perhaps for someone with an oily skin.

I have tried to use this product a few times now, as I absolutely love the scent and I'm always looking for a great hydrating moisturiser that doesn't leave a wet skin finish as I have very tempermental combination skin.This is as describes, lightweight and matte finish, however I didn't find it to work for combo skin as it doesn't provide enough moisture (even in summer months) to avoid the tight skin feeling very soon after applying.I do think this could be a great option for oily skin however, or even combo skin that doesn't need as much hydration as mine!

This moisturiser is a go to for me! Lovely lightweight hydration, layers beautifully, perfect under makeup and sunscreen. Great for combination or oily skin prone to breakouts. Maybe not the best for super dry skin if you’re looking for something richer. Smells divine. Can’t help going back to it again and again.
I received a sample of this. I didn’t really like the nutty smell on application (similar to hazelnut). Although it’s hydrating, I also felt like it left my skin greasy and feeling ‘heavy,’ because of the oils in it. It was hydrating, but I prefer lighter serums and also moisturizers that have more benefits than just hydration (eg. firming, anti-aging etc). I was happy to try this but won’t purchase a full size.
The In Two Minds Hydrator has a lightweight very fluid texture. It feels very light when applied, sinks in quickly and leaves a matte finish on skin. This gives lightweight hydration and is recommended for combination skin. As its lightweight it will not suit a dry or dehydrated skin better for oily combination. The scent is very strong, herby, woody with a hint of lavender. This caused me no issues with my sensitive skin, but it did pill quite badly and was not hydrating enough. If you prefer a matte finish, have a more oily combo skin and just need a very light moisturiser this would be a good product. If you have any dryness, or dislike very strong scents its not for you.
I received a free sample of this in my last order. I have oily skin which is prone to breakouts, so I was afraid to try this given all the essential oils. However, my skin had no issue with this product. It was actually a real nice moisturiser. It left my skin hydrated, which helped me not over produce oil during the day. It didn't break me out, which was great. It's a nice, lightweight moisturiser. Of course, it's hard to speak of the longterm effects, since I only used it once. I do not plan on purchasing this, as I have other lightweight moisturisers which I prefer more.
Re bought multiple times!!! I love this moisturiser for my skin and it’s extremely light and is good under makeup or by itself! just what my skin needs without being too thick. Helps control breakouts, however in the winter months my skin does get a bit drier so I do opt for a heavier moisturiser in the evening and use this during the day :)
Tried a sample of this IN TWO MINDS HYDRATOR. In overall the texture is fine, not to heavy or greasy feeling after application. For ppl who care about the skincare fragance, pls be aware it has some woody smell. It is really not something i like. It s a good product, it pampered your skin and you feel it is soft. but i just not a big fan of the smell.
Received a sample of this with an order. This is definitely not for dry skin. Texture is very light and not hydrating enough for me. Tried a few Aesop skin products now and pretty underwhelmed with them all sadly. I don't mind fragranced skin care but the scents are way too strong and unnecessary. In a body wash or lotion they would be fine.
