Bought this as an impulse buy, and whilst it is expensive for a lip balm, it is the best one I’ve ever tried! It’s so creamy, more like a lip butter in stick form. It has small particles in it which are really nice when on the lips, and keep my lips nice and soft. Has a really nice scent to it as well, like a floral smell. 10/10 would recommend again and again!

This is so bad I thought maybe I got an old product, but I bought a different one from the Aesop store to try and it was the same. It's very hard and doesn't spread on your lips easily, and it's very lumpy and dry, leaving chunks all over. The smell is a nice mild botanical scent and the SPF content is genius, but it's just such a bad product. I hope they reformulate.

I can't get enough of this lip balm, simply for the texture.It's thick enough to stay on your lips, feel protective, pleasant, and that it will last; but not too cloying that you just want to wipe it off to feel normal.Long term use has made me need lip balm less, unlike other brands where I have always had to have something close at hand.Pro - not overpoweringly scentedCon - will leave a mark on a glass after initial application.

This product has tiny hard particles mixed with the balm! It looks like lip scrub. I don't get it, it's supposed to be a lip balm to use outside. It also melts too much to be in a stick package. I don't agree with the description of it being non- sticky and matte. I found use for it as an indoors lip treatment. It does leave my lips hydrated, smooth and exfoliated. But this was not the purpose of the product. I won't be repurchasing.
It started off well the product went on smoothly and kept my lips hydrated. The scent of it wasn't over powering.However i soon noticed a hole in it, and was surprised it was made like a glue sick considering the price for £13 i kind of expected it to be like other balms i have used (which are cheaper) where its completely solid all the way through so that was a bit disappointing.Then yesterday the balm crumbled on me and small bits went in my mouth which wasn't so nice. I was probably just unlucky but for a £13 lip balm i don't expect it to crumble so its a one star from me.
Started using this five years ago and no other product compares to this. I'm a chronic lip biter — nothing really worked on my cracked lips until I found this gem. It doesn't dry out your lips like many other lip balms do, plus it has a great herbal scent. I don't go anywhere without it.
Im very sun sensitive, so have used loads of SPF lip balms. This is the first one that didn't leave a thick greasy layer on my lips, or have a horrible smell/taste.It does have a thick texture but i find it soaks in well.
I’ve had horrifically dry and peeling lips for 6 months and have tried so many lip balms to help with no luck. This lip balm has completely fixed my lips, they’re back to normal with no peeling which I’m amazed by! It’s a beautiful smooth consistency with a subtle shine. It can go a bit white if you layer too much but is very natural if you don’t want a super glossy look. Love that it’s cruelty free, vegan and is spf30 too!
Purchased after seeing a review from an influencer online. Works well as a suncreen, but I do find it sits on top of lips and can leave a filmy residue. So not perfect, still on the hunt for the perfect suncreen lip balm
Only just started using this, but seems like a good replacement for the discontinued Body Shop lip balm with SPF. Protects lips well
