This would be a great idea if it used full sized tennis balls. However, the balls that fir this machine are quite tiny, and most dogs would just rip them up or swallow them. This is not much use for any but the smallest dogs.Also, the balls tend to bounce out of the chute when being dropped in, so it is necessary to place them exactly in position. Would I buy it again? NO!

Works great but noise as it takes the ball and throws it is loud enough to scare my dog from wanting to interact with. Would be good for dog that already liked to play fetch and bring back to you as training to use would be easier.
