Amazing quality axe at a very good price. Arrived shaving sharp. Didn't take much work to get it reprofiled to a polished convex grind to make it cut even better. Handle is nice with good grain alignment. Delivery was very quick. Will buy from axeman.ca again for sure!

I recently placed an order for five items from AXEMAN: 1) Axe Wax; 2) Weaver Leather Axe Sheath 4.5 in; 3) Hultafors Felling Axe HY 10-1,5 SV (with 1.5 kg head); 4) Hultafors Outdoor Knife OK4; 5) Hultafors Fire Steel FS. The full order was delivered very promptly and all items appear to be of excellent quality. So far I have only used the Axe Wax (well pleased with it) and placed the Weaver Leather Sheath on the Hultafors Felling Axe (it fits well and provides lots of protection).

Reasonable quality axe for the money. Grain on handle is acceptable, not perfect, and steel is a little rougher than my Gransfors Bruks, but I have full confidence that with a little conditioning it will perform very well for my purposes.Very happy with the balance and feel in my hands. I am 6'-0" with hands slightly on the big side. Handle is a good fit in both length and thickness for me. Head is the perfect weight for my use. I also bought the recommended Weaver leather sheath and quite like it.Very happy also with Axeman. Items shipped very quickly, were packaged well, and arrived in good condition.

Ive had this axe for about a month now, took it out for a 2 week trip into the rockies and i can say i was very impressed, glides through trees like butter, a toddler could split cherry with this axe.
