This is my first helmet and i'd say this is pretty solid for the price. isn't anything fancy but gets the job done and looks sick. The few cons are pretty minor. The fin on the back creaks when you press on it. you can really only hear it if you're wearing the helmet.the velcro that holds the forehead cushion in place sometimes comes out a little bit and will rub against your forehead if you put the helmet on a certain way. easy to fix and adjust. once it's covered back up not a problem.visor sometimes fogs up but you're probably going to change it out anyways .Fits really well. isn't uncomfortable to wear. This is just my observation from walking around the house with it on.

Helmet looks great! AGV makes great products. This helmet makes for a comfy fit, multiple venting areas on the helmet (if you want to open them), and I can clearly see well with it on. Very durable and cushioned as well. I do recommend getting a fog shield of some sort to prevent any fogging of the visor(as with any helmet you get). I highly recommend this product.

Awesome helmet CBR1000
7 July 2020

I’ve had this helmet for about a year and a half now and It’s been a great helmet it looks good especially with a silver mirrored visor. When you open all the vents it feels like you don’t have a helmet on it blows air right at my cheeks and up across my face and when I have the top vents open you can actually feel the air going through your hair!It has 4 visor positions. Cracked about 3-4mm, cracked about 2” , Open about 3/4 of the way up and fully open.I ride a CBR1000 I do a lot of highway pulls with other 1000s so a lot of 175 mph pulls and I get little to no turbulence at those speeds when I’m tucked. Cruising around probably about 80-100 it feels good doesn’t have any turbulence either. My only complaints are a few months after I bought it the Velcro that ... MoreI’ve had this helmet for about a year and a half now and It’s been a great helmet it looks good especially with a silver mirrored visor. When you open all the vents it feels like you don’t have a helmet on it blows air right at my cheeks and up across my face and when I have the top vents open you can actually feel the air going through your hair!It has 4 visor positions. I plan on buying another AGV helmet here soon.Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the Velcro piece breaking so soon.

Best helmet in its price range!
17 April 2022

This is my fifth AGV helmet! And I must say for the price of this helmet, the quality and comfort is 5/5 stars. There is no other helmet as comfortable as this helmet for this price and style!Style:5/5Comfort:5/5Wind noise 4/5Visibility 4/5Coming from an AGV Pista GP RR Carbon! This helmet is the best helmet if your looking for amazing comfort and style on the street! That being said I wouldn?t make this my (Track/Racing) helmet.. at higher speeds 115mph plus? you feel pulling. Coming from the pista gp rr carbon which is insanely aerodynamic!

Beware open box sales
21 May 2022

This is the most beautiful high(ish)-viz helmet you could ask for. Truly awesome. I was hyped for this, but the real deal looks even better than the pictures.But...it fits a bit too round for my head shape (I'm a LG on the size chart and it was perfect on my cheeks, but gave me a migraine and a half for being too tight against my forehead). Worse, the outer shell had pulled apart from the EPS - this was an open box sale with no supporting paperwork, so I'm guessing this had been exchanged, re-exchanged, shipped, and re-shipped across plenty of time zones and climates. Not a ringing endorsement for durability, though.I almost wanted to keep it as a piece of VR memorabilia, anyways (that's how cool this thing looks), but returned it for a very prompt Revzilla ... MoreThis is the most beautiful high(ish)-viz helmet you could ask for. If AGV revises the internal shape to fit a bit longer, I'd take another shot on one of these.

Fantastic helmet

Really like this helmet, especially for the price. Feels very premium and well fitting. I'm generally a small in helmets and this one, while a bit tight at first, quickly loosened to a perfect fit within a few rides. Bought an additional iriduim silver visor and a pinlock insert, this combined with the integrated visor prop makes fog a non-issue (even wearing glasses! Which are also very comfortable given the channels integrated into the helmet padding.) A couple of minor negatives round out this otherwise amazing helmet. First, the chin is highly angular, and this requires you to buy a helmet-specific chin mount for go pro's/ action cams. Second, my ears are a bit small, lower and more forward than average and thusly getting bluetooth speakers to sit over my ears ... MoreReally like this helmet, especially for the price. The helmet comes with integrated velcro patches/space for the devices but still isn't quite where my ears are. Though neither of those issues would have stopped me from making this worthwhile purchase

Great helmet, but not without flaws
10 April 2023

I bought my AGV K1 around September of 2022. It is currently mid-April, 2023, a little over 6 months later.Overall, it is a great value. It is comfortable, safe, and the vents work pretty well. The quick release system for the visor is super handy, and the visor stays in the position that you put it in without getting blown open or closed when it is set in a halfway position. What has kept me from giving it 5 stars is the build quality. The black trim piece at the rear bottom portion of the helmet has broken loose on one side. The tab itself snapped, so I'm unable to put it back in. What appears to be red stitching on the bottom of the cheek pads is actually held on by adhesive, and has already started falling off. Additionally, and this one could have just been user error, the wind deflector that sits beneath your chin was very difficult to install. I could not find instructions anywhere and mine did not slide in very easily at all. I gave up 3 times before finally securing it the 4th. Since then I have had no issues with it, it stays in place quite nicely and prevents the wind from blowing open my visor when I check over my shoulder on the highway. My final complaint is that it is LOUD when you are going freeway speeds. I don't have much else to compare it to so I'm uncertain how much better other helmets do at blocking wind noise, but after a half an hour of riding I usually experience some temporary hearing loss. For the price, it is a fantastic helmet. Is it perfect? No. But it makes an excellent first helmet. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an entry level lid that will keep you safe.

Italian Stallion, for a great price!

Great helmet! And great customer service from Revzilla when the first one arrived damaged! Returns were a breeze and they shipped the replacement helmet express.Very comfortable helmet, liner feels more premium than the price. As a new rider, I appreciate its (relative) lightweight construction, the ECE rating, and the scooped chin bar to reduce torque injuries in a potential crash.I have a head shape that leans more towards oval, and this fits perfectly. Tried a Scorpion helmet before this, and the internal head shape was definitely wrong. So if you are more oval than intermediate, this will fit like a glove.Looks great; sleek, beautiful lines, and the color is deep and luminescent. Oh well, everything else is pretty darn great.

Wallet friendly helmet with no gimmicks

This is my second helmet, I came from a Bell Vortex which was very noisy and let so much air in around my neck. I wanted something basic, I didn't want to buy a <$300 helmet that tries to pack on many features but end up feeling cheap, so I forfeited drop down sun visors and fancy lightweight materials (this helmet is decently light). This helmet seals around my neck very well which helps keep noise down. The chinstrap works great and is comfortable, it tightens with two D-rings. No ratcheting gadgetry.Despite being made in China (don't let the Italian logo fool you), the build quality is very good. There aren't any creaky plastic bits, it feels sturdy. The vents open and close nicely, there's plenty of air flow through them. The visor has a good field of view, will accept pinlock, and can open into a few different positions. The helmet comes with a couple other plastic bits so you can change how far up or down the visor will stay open. Neat! They don't close on you when going over bumps, the visor mechanism is great! There's even a tab on the chin so you can keep the visor open just a crack. I almost didn't buy this helmet because the visors are expensive ($75 for the smoke lens) and scratches happen, but there are indents in the padding to wear glasses so you can easily get away with the clear that comes with the helmet. I love the sporty look and it feels very aerodynamic on my naked Z900. Not bad for $200, not bad at all.
