Probably the most disappointing acquisition to my collection so far. Ive had shoes with factory flaws but the fact that eBays authenticators let the pair that I received pass for new without defects just baffles me. Theres scuffs & creases as well as plenty of glue stains that not only show that the shoe has been worn & is not indeed new without defects, but that they dont care about some of the smaller details & are perfectly willing to overlook them. A beautiful shoe built with quality materials but most are cursed with flaws from mishandling or Nike QC, or both like mine. Of course eBay doesnt exactly make it easier to weed these pairs out with their anything goes authentication process. Just ask for more pictures and information before hitting buy now or youll ... This shoe is perfect. Close to the Chicago colorway and same color blocking as an OG. The leather is high quality and gives you the feeling that you're wearing a hype OG 1 without having to pay top dollar. This is a shoe for sneakerheads that love wearing shoes!

Huge shout out to Finishline/JD Sports for the status rewards restock. Up until recently I had struck out on getting these. I took a L on the original release date and every single restock that followed but that Ls to Finishline I was able to finally grab my pair for retail. The transaction was smooth and flawless on the app when the restock happened. 250 points well spent in my book. I really wish more stores would restock their shoes this way. It really give the consumer a chance rather than letting bots eat up all of the restocked sneakers. I am beyond pleased and if I could give this review 1000 stars I would. I'm glad I was able to purchase the University Blue Jordan 1s from FinishLine but this is an extremely rare occurrence. Unfortunately, FinishLine's app is almost unusable during sneaker drops. You just spin your wheels in the "product just dropped page". FinishLine needs to combat bots to allow sneakers to get into the hands of people who actually want to wear them. FinishLine in-store employees need to be held accountable during sneaker drops as they all too often cater to resellers but allowing them to purchase pairs before the general public. I've seen it firsthand all too often.
Overall great quality sneaker. I'm not sure why people are sleeping on this one and the disrespect of it sitting on shelves. Great Chicago Bulls color. Only a real fan appreciates this sneaker.
The Jordan 1 might be the most perfect shoe ever devised by man , multiple colorways and varying ways to style , they look good with Jeans.... shorts... khakis.... football uniforms.... baseball uniforms.... tuxedos... hell... anything you can think of can be styled with the Jordan 1. They aren't limited to just men , truly a unisex piece of footwear. The other benefits are the leather construction makes them incredibly durable and they look better worn in. Truly a majestic piece of footwear. This colorway in particular might be one of my all time favorites
I would definitely use the product again. The reason I even.brought these shoes is because my sister in-law is having a surprise birthday/retirement party and the theme is NBA BASKETBALL 🏀 ATTIRE because she is a basketball fanatic both of her baby daddies are ball players. That's why I would buy this product again. I'm going to wear a Kobe Bryant jersey with my shoes and some yellow shorts.
I like the color blocking on these. I definitely think these will increase in popularity as it seems there was not a whole lot of hype behind these on the initial release date. Glad I was able to secure a personal pair. Fits true to size.
I really like the color way on this shoe. Jordan brand definitely used some quality materials on this shoe as well. I would recommend this shoe to friends. The color is vibrant for a clean summer shoe. Thank you for the opportunity to see this shoe in hand JD.
