I was able to make my online purchase and the shipping was free. The shoes came right on time!!! She was happy with her dad. This shoes i absolutely love them. I am a size 10 in womens and ordered the 8.5 in mens and they fit great. This is my first pair of Jordan's and I so will be buy more in the furture. I've been buyingthe Jordan mid1 and feel in love with the colors and styles. I could shop anywhere, but I chose Hibbette. I get my packages in a timely fashion. The return policies are great and the customer service I receive in the store is amazing. I'm writing this to praise the team and the company. I also bought clothing as well. That has held up very well. Hibbert keeps up with the latest styles and fashions. Hibbette is the best kept secret for fashion sports clothing.
I have never owned a pair of Jordan’s in my life and decided to treat myself to a pair!! These are so unique and comfortable!! They technically are a men’s shoe but I don’t care!! I just love them so much!!
I never received my shoes. I went to the address I was given in the email and it doesn’t even exist. I went to the closest city gear. My shoes weren’t there. I called the only Hibbett location in Hattiesburg and my shoes weren’t there either even though I received confirmation that my shoes were ready for pick up. The employee at the store gave me a number to call and I spoke with a customer service representative. She informed me that even though I received confirmation of my shoes being ready for pick up, it showed on her end that my order was still processing. She informed me that my shoes would be ready for pick up and that I would be refunded if I didn’t get them in time. I was never able to get the shoes and I was never refunded.
Highly disappointed after receiving the shoes. The colorway is completely different from what’s advertised online. Online it shows a white tongue, toebox, and midsection with white laces. The pair I received the whole shoe upper and the laces are light brown. Definitely will be returning for a refund.
Can’t review these shoes because they have not arrived yet. Ordered two weeks ago. I will NEVER make another online purchase from Hibbitt/City Gear. Shipping is snail slow!
I couldn't have had better service and efficiency in purchasing the Jordan sneakers for my grandson for Christmas it was very hard to find a size 13 and you had them and I purchased them thank you so much you made my grandson's Christmas that was all that he wanted Happy Holidays to all of you there at Hibbett..U are my number one to go from now on.Thank you againAnyone reading this they are the best.
