Beautiful

I was worried about the metallic gold finish on these, but I was pleasantly surprised when seeing them for myself in-hand and in-person. These are absolutely beautiful, crisp, and clean. The metallic gold has a nice sheen but are not as glossy as they appear in the promotional photos, but this isn't a negative for me personally. The general consensus is that the Jordan 1 Mid runs true to size and need to be broken in. I personally get them half a size larger to better accommodate my wide feet and crease guards.

Fly shoe, great purchase experience

I've always loved the Air Jordan 1 from afar, ever since my big brother got a pair in the late 80s. Here I am now, past 40 and this was my second pair. I knew I'd have to wait patiently for access to online stores, and with 3 browsers and two mobile devices open to various authorized sellers, JD came through. The metallic gold colorway is the perfect statement for my style, without being to dark/heavy for my tastes. Everything you expect in a Jordan, they are. What was great for me was the JD purchase experience. I never had to wonder what the status of my purchase was. Notification of order, processing, shipping, "expect delivery tomorrow" (super nice touch!), and delivery. I'd order from JD again in a heartbeat!

Give mids a chance

I know people hate them but honestly, they're not bad. These are my first and only mids but I like them a lot. The orange in person is actually pretty understated. It almost comes across as like a coral. The materials are a bit firm which can be a good and a bad thing. The leather doesn't feel like it's susceptible to creasing which is nice but it may be uncomfortable for some.

Highly Disappointed
11 December 2020

I’m normally satisfied with most of my Nike purchases; however, this purchase is a disappointment. The leather feels different and somewhat cheap. The shoe itself appears to have some manufactured defects which is causing the shoes to lean. I’m very disappointed because I typically love the Nike brand.

Jordan 1 retro SE mid metallic gold/black/white
8 December 2020

I was very happy to get this shoe. I really like the color way because it’s different and it stands out. The shoe fits very well and the shoe is comfortable. I would recommend getting this shoe because I felt this shoe was slept on especially since the release date was changing. I usually try to OG highs but I had to this shoe despite the shoe being a mid.

Overrated
16 December 2020

Overrated and with the price of FedEx shipping they charge now it's not worth it at all. Total price with shipping was $156. That's crazy $18 for shipping. For a shoe that's barley worth $100 dollars. Easy pass on this shoe if I would have known. And they wouldn't cancel either, there always quick to ship these bricks but wanna cancel on people on hype items. I will never do business here again

The gold mids were on point. Thanks Nike
8 December 2020

These kicks are pretty dope.I didn’t expect the shine to be so shiny lol. The fit feels good and they look even better. Definitely one of my favorite mids now. Looking forward to upcoming drops from Nike. Thanks a lot.

Worth every penny...
16 February 2021

Bought this sneakers fir my 16yr old daughter. She absolutely loves it. She wore it with jeans , leggings and joggers. The color is prettier in person. Also she mentioned even though its a mid; it looks and feel like a high. This sneaker was a great purchase and its patent leather material is easy to clean .
