Excellent product, service and communication. These shoes were for my 12 year old daughter. We initially purchased them and found that they were too small. I called customer service and they started the process of returning them, and sent me a free shipping label. They emailed me when they received the return and I repurchased a 1/2 size bigger. They came in quickly and my daughter loves them. Thank you for your prompt service and great product.

These look fake. My child wouldn't touch them and worried she was sold a counterfeit product. Luckily I was finally able to return after other routes with StockX were unsuccessful.

Great shoes. Amazing colour and the cloth outers instead of leather make them very unique. However I did not receive extra laces with these.

Display shoe

I loved the style of the show & I was excited to wear them. That was until I noticed that one of them was a display shoe. It was stained, dirty& the white part was yellow as if they tried to clean it but it didn't work. Very disappointing!

Left shoe falling apart.

The threading stitched around the sole, connecting the sole to the canvas, is coming out, which has never happened to me. There are various loose threads as well, and the stitching feels insecure from the inside, where the threading wasn’t properly inserted from the outside. My size is now sold out, so an exchange isn’t possible. Poor quality control despite exquisite design.
