The quality of the product is fine. Unfortunately received the incorrect Size. I needed Size 10 Adult, & received Size 10 Toddler. Per Stock X, will not allow me to return product.
Very disappointed, I ordered size 10 for men but I received size 10 for toddler. I was so shocked and disappointed. The rosy thing stockx doesn’t allow me to return it and won’t refund. My $450 down the drain since I have no toddler to share these shows with . Stockx you expect my ya and to wear toddler shoes ??? I would never buy it from stockx
It was my first time using StockX and I was looking to purchase the coveted Jordan 1 Retro High in University Blue for my daughter's birthday. The link a friend sent me listed these as Men's size 7 shoes so I paid a premium price for these shoes. It wasn't until I received an email confirmation of the purchase that it said Toddler in the description, and there was no way to cancel/amend my order. I now have a very disappointed teenager plus own incredible overpriced pair of Toddler's size 7 sneakers.
Unfortunately we had to return due to a mistake on our part and thanks to the Rep he was understanding enough to do a return and refund even tho U are a market place. Just a Human error but I promise U due to the response of the reps and for handling this in such a professional manner we will rebuy shoes from U guys I just have to wait for the right moment We won’t forget what U did for us and we appreciate it and it didn’t go unnoticed and. It’s times like these that define a company and their willingness to work with people and their mistakes. TY!!!
I thought I was ordering a size 8 that would fit a 14 year old kid…the shoes that arrived were a size 8 Toddler. Very disappointed with no option for a refund. Never ordering from StockX again.

Terrible experience. Learn my lesson, never again.Received order in wrong size customer service won’t help.It took 16 days to receive order and then I had to resale item because they don’t do returns. Very hard to get a hold on the customer service, there are so many fees involved after you agree to but the product.Overall I lost money on this transaction I wasn’t able to offer this as gift to the person that I was buying it for.Very disappointed!
