The Air Jordan 12 Retro Gym Red features contrasted hues of red, white and black accents. The upper is constructed of tumbled scarlet leather and features matching molded eyelets and radiating stitching details. Overlays with a classic lizard texture match the white Jumpman logo on the tongue and collar. With Nike Spring cushioning technology, the full-length Zoom Air is on the Phylon midsole. It features the number 23 on the midsole with the "Jordan" name across the collar. Underneath is a white rubber midsole with herringbone traction pods in high-wear regions, as well as a carbon fiber shank plate.
