This website makes everything confusing. I thought I was getting my sneaker in a Men’s size. I ended up getting a kids size. I should have known the price was too good to be true. They need to make the website less confusing. It almost feels like they do it on purpose. Take your time ordering your items. Will never order from here again. Just go to a actual sneaker stores to play it safe

Hibbets service

Hibbets sent me dirty and worn shoes. They had pieces of grass on them and the Suede looked like a child kicked their feet together.l repeatedly. I was very upset. I had to purchase premium cleaner for $45 to make them look decent. Considering I spent almost $95 on children’s shoes themself I think having to clean them is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for help to rectify the issue and was provided with no resolution. I will NOT order with hibbets again.

Kids retro jordans

I bought these nice looking jordans for my toddler since they’re known for their high quality and durability, and I was tired of buying her sneakers that broke easily and were uncomfortable, so I decided to invest a little more in a higher quality shoe, but today I was shocked when I saw how cheaply made they are, and she hasn’t had them not even a month! I wasn’t able to upload the pics, not sure why, but the bottom part of the heel, underneath the sneakers there’s a hole under each sneaker! Unbelievable.

My small feet drip!!

Jordan's are one of a few tennis that I love for my 3 year old daughter. These are everything! True to size and colorful she can wear with almost everything. They came within a week and the delivery guy places them out of sight each time. I am a happy customer and continuous shopper.

Phenomenal

Jordan 12 Stealth/white/cool gray, Jordan 1 Mid SE color shifter, Jordan13 retro navy, Jordan 13 retro white/fire red/french blue and also the Jordan 4 retro white/black/neutral gray which i have almost owned for a year and use 10 times a month im located in the DMV area the shoes are phenomenally grippy and has consistent traction you’ll never have to worry about skidding or sliding. The Firm and responsive midsole and has tons of comfortable feel that’s ideal for men, im a female 30 women would love them, kids and smaller children because of the more cushioning. I would recommend this product for a friend all these shoes has support with a sturdy upper ankle support and the overall foot lockdown you’d expect when buying shoes. I give these products 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Poor customer service

I purchased these shoes for my grandson for christmas, but found out he already had them. I went to the store in Marlow Heights, but was told they could not do any exchanges because the store was bought buy snipes. They deferred me to the store in Rivertown or Woodmore. I went to Rivertown but there was a line outside the store and they were only letting a certain amount of people in the store at one time. So i went to Woodmore, where the staff were unorganized and rude. The manager was running around like a chicken with its head cut off, meanwhile there absolutely no urgency from the floor staff. I waited in line 3 times. Once the even brought out a box with one shoe missing and could not find the other one. The manager definitely needs to be trained better on getting his staff to be more productive instead of trying to handle things hisself. Instead of helping me with the exchange, the manager opted to give me my money back. Very disappointed! He also used that is was a holiday and that he was short staffed as an excuse for the chaos, but it was evident that the situation just wasn’t being well managed. I’ve been a customer for years, but after having to driving to 3 locations, to make what should have been a simple exchange, just to blown off by the store manager makes me not want to continue to shop with Jimmy Jazz or Snipes.

Terrible Experience

The whole experience has been terrible. The first pair of Jordans I received we worn, they were dirty & arrived with a used filthy dirty sock inside the shoe! The replacement pair they sent were defective, they were scratched up & had markings on them. It’s like they don’t even look at the shoes before they send them out. I’m appalled & disgusted to say the least.

Took FOREVER and came dirty

I bought these shoes for my son's 11th birthday. I wanted them fast so I did two day shipping and paid an extra 20 dollars. They came almost two weeks later. The box was beat up, and the shoes were dirty and scuffed up. Thankfully, we were able to clean them up before my son got them. He had been asking everyday when were his shoes going to come. I always buy from foot locker, and have never had an issue. This one was a mess

Wrong Jordans

I bought this shoe but Kids Footlocker sent wrong Jordan’s then when I called bout shoe they going say don’t have in stock why I couldn’t get that answer before I paid for them and when they sent wrong shoe it was the wrong sized too. I still haven’t got my refund back but I did send wrong shoes and sized back
