The shoes are perfect, manufactured a little poorly for a restock I can’t complain too much. Hibbett was helpful and speedy with my order. However the shipment did come banged up like crazy creasing the side of the left shoe slightly.

I love the retro 3s, I was however disappointed with this purchase as the shoes arrived damaged. The tough had scratches on it, they were wrinkled in the from as if they had been worn & the bottom also looked like someone wore them, cleaned them & then sent them back. So highly disappointed

WoW! So daughter is starting HS and wanted to get her some new Js to start the school year off right. New drop coming out in couple months and I couldn't wait till then so glad they still got these from this past recent Drop. Price was perfect and didn't want to spend too much, being white and kids don't need 2-300 shoes to ruin in a few months. Anyways, shipped to my home and arrived safely in a box. Maybe some bubble packing inside to firmly hold the shoe box inside. Shoes are "not used" and "brand new" condition while the tissue inside was a little torn at a few places and wrinkled, but it's fine. Box was great condition and not damaged or ripped or anything. Waited for this to drop, entered raffle, wasn't selected. However upon visiting my local store found this shoe!!!!! It was heaven sent!!!! Excellent customer service and happy customer.
These Retro 3 Cardinal Reds are slick AF! I wish I woulda ordered a 1/2 size bigger because they ARE cut small! Fortunately I was able to gift them to my daughter in law…. As far as Hibbett goes- I LOVE LOVE LOVE this site! There are ALWAYS new releases popping off out of nowhere (like tonight I was able to cop 2 slick pairs of Jordan 1’s - one of which isn’t even being released on Nike App for 2.5 more weeks!!) I’ve never been in an actual brick & mortar store- City Trends either (I think they’re sister stores) all of my business has been online - I love the rewards program, and the fact that I’m able to use on just about every purchase/sneaker. I can’t even begin to describe the horror of ordering for in store pickup. The store has had the shoes for over a week because they shipped them to the store and even have my name on them. But even though I paid for them I can’t pick up because the store can’t find my order. I have emails, receipts, all of it. CS shows my order and so does my online account. Now they are saying they are shipping to my house which they are NOT, my order clearly says ship to store. I ended up paying for them TWICE just so I could make sure my kid had them for Christmas. Now they don’t want to refund me for the first order. I’m so over the stupidity of this place and all of the reps that I have spoken to that are clueless
Very poor production. It's glue all over the shoes and the leopard part of the Jordan 5 is melted on the sole. Grade School production has been very fair the prices are increasing. This isn't Hibbett's fault but I can't keep these with the way they look from manufacturer. I will be returning for my $160.
Whoever LT initials is who inspected my shoe did a horrible job ! I didn’t even know hibbett does that anyways ! But I received an ugly weird pair that should’ve been in the outlets & my shoe box was coming apart and everything ! But they want me to return it to the store I don’t need them people thinking I messed up something!! I stay having problems with city gear for some odd reason. Very disappointed
Great product just like the pictures!! Couldn’t ask for anything better. The description is as it says and the shoes are amazing. Shoes also came a day before they were intended to which is always good !!
