Air Jordan 4 Retro Bred

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan IV, the icon returns in an OG colorway first released in 1989. The timeless silhouette is crafted to the specs of the 1989 release with “NIKE AIR” branding on the heel, outsole and sockliner. OG packaging and hangtags nod the original for a retro finish.

Wore the shoes once and immediately the black rubber on the sides of the shoe began flaking off with white underneath. The $600 Jordans are not authentic and now I can’t return because I took the tag off to wear once? Ridiculous.

The Air Jordan 4 is a proven, timeless sneaker that ages better with time. The black cement bred colorway in particular contains so much historical significance for Mjs career by itself. Off court, its a versatile sneaker that can function in everyday and occasional capacities. Comfort grows overtime with break in wear. Nubuck isnt water resistant before treatment but does resist scratches that leather tends to attract. Overall, the air Jordan 4 bred ensures that youre lacing up a hit with no possibility of a miss.

Box game scuffed and dusty which doesn’t look new. The right shoe looks fine but the left one has slight crease marks on the toe box, some chipped paint job at the back which can’t be removed and excess strings hanging out in the sole. The quality control should be better.

Always a safe bet for large sizes
17 January 2023

Even though KG can be a little bit more expensive on some pairs, I’d rather pay that bit extra for piece of mind, good service and a fast secure delivery. I’ve bought several pairs from KG and would easily recommend them for the latest drops, classics and hard to get sizes. I’m a UK13 and as anyone with large size feet will understand, as your size gets larger the stock availability gets less and less. KG regularly have large size stock. Give them a try if you haven’t already.

Ashamed in Jordan and Nike
8 February 2017

I bought these shoes because of how good they looked online, but do NOT be fooled. The suede is very cheap. The gold is also extremely cheap plastic. The leather on the back is decent I guess. I just do not understand how Jordan brand can sky rocket these prices, but comprise with quality. I wish people would realize this so that Jordan could go back to its old ways. Not to mention the fact that there is 20 pairs of Js releasing every day it feels like. Really just seems like they are just trying to maximize profits and forgetting what the whole brand was built on. But these little review wont change a thing....

Jordan 4s are my weakness
25 March 2017

I'm not a typical Jordan wearer but lately I have been loving some of the releases. These 4's are extremely well done and the fit and finish feels great. True to size fit and plenty of cushioning around the ankle. This is mainly a street-wear shoe obviously but I feel like the durability should be solid over time. Make sure you take care of the materials though as these won't be as durable as some standard leather Nike. The sole feels well connected and the overall appearance of the shoe is staying great so far.Definitely a shoe that can be dressed up or down.

Nostalgic Jordan 4 Nike edition 2019
3 June 2019

I bought 3 pairs... they have a new insole that's not cheap foam anymore or feels like a thin sponge. Its a rubbery compound and very comfortable compared to previous Jump man Models. The nubuck is soft but firm and a deeper black than the 2012 jordan 4 bred releases. The white really is beautifully done on the sole and doesn't look like the cheaply paint that wears off like previous models. They are cleanly painted as well as the black trim above the white. My pair looks amazing and i am totally happy with my purchase. You can't go wrong owning a pair of the Nostalgic Nike edition Jordan 4 breds. Who knows if they will ever come out again.? The nike sign looks better to me than the jumpman any day of the week. Its just nicer looking and ICONIC. They are worth the money. They were sold out in stores and online on NikeiD. So i was glad i found some on ebay..

White Pure Money's arrived with toe wrinkle/crease. Blue & White Retro's were flawless
3 August 2017

The white and blue Motorsport Jordan's were flawless as expected but unfortunately the pure money's had both toe boxes wrinkled and or creased. I can't believe they had wrinkles on a dead stock sneaker. Not what I expect from such a high quality brand and I'd be pretty upset if I paid retail $190 for these only to find they look like they've been tried on and walked in. There should be no reason that one pair was flawless and the other wasn't. Weird...The picture was the only one I had of the pure money's I bought. If you look at the top or left shoe you'll see what I mean and this pic doesn't do it justice, it's worse than what is shown and it's on both of them, the bottom toe box creases aren't as visible in this picture but are definitely there.Don't get me ... MoreThe white and blue Motorsport Jordan's were flawless as expected but unfortunately the pure money's had both toe boxes wrinkled and or creased. It's just that I keep my sneakers flawless and take very good care of them so to have a flawed pair before I could even wear them once was disappointing.
