I paid literally 400.00 CAD dollars for these and they came with a giant bend/leather crease in one of the shoes. I immediately took pictures and gave StockX everything they needed. They refused to do anything for me. They wouldn't take the shoes back. They suggested that I should take time out of my life to resell them on the site. This is the first time I have ever bought something from them and I would NOT recommend it. If you get a damaged product they do not care at all. I tried to send countless emails and they basically just sent bot answers. Horrible company. I can show pictures if anyone is interested.

Overall a cool product. There is significant product quality but in relation to the price for the item it is only worth it if you have a strong desire to own the product. The service Stock X provided was excellent and the shipping time reasonable with the validation for their authentication department. In summary I think this purchase was worth it as I think the product looks fantastic, is very comfortable, and will continue to hold its value in the future.

The highly expected sneakers was a fake Jordan retro 4. StockX admitted it and reimbursed me.I'd say top notch service support. Very helpful and understanding. Yet, I'm very pissed off by the verification team. Obviously some aren't doing their job. How can you build a business model on authenticity and sell fake shoes???

Really disappointed with the shoes. I'm a first time buyer and I really got tricked by a reseller. Stock X didn't catch the problem. It's something I didn't initially catch right away, but now that I've had time to examine the shoes, I think they could be fake, they smell funny, and a cockroach was in the box. Buyer beware! I own another pair of Jordan 4's I bought from Nike and they are so much more comfortable. Doesn't seem like Stock X is that interested in making it right. This will probably be my first and last time buying from them. I will discourage anyone else I speak with from buying as well. And I hope this will influence people's opinion on what the reality is.

Great shoes, bad shipping

On-trac has left my boxes from Shoe Palace in the driveway and throws the box from the street instead of walking to my porch. This time it was pouring rain and they threw it from the street to my driveway and it soaked the box for an hour until I could get home. The shipping box and inner shoe box was ruined. The shoes were wet and box ruined, which would be bad if I bought them for resale. I love buying from Shoe Palace but I hate On-trac.

Look great but very poor fit and quality inside

They look great but when you put them on the instep on both sides is very uncomfortable. It digs into your foot arch, and rubs when you walk. Under the inner sole is sellotape holding down stitching, not what one would expect from such an expensive shoe.

These cement red are fire!

Awesome colorway! Love them. Was very hard to get but kept on looking on website. Finally my size was available for brief minute. Haven't seen them since. Very comfortable 4s.
