In fairness it was my first time using stockx so wasn’t aware of their terms and condition. Turns out you can’t return items once bought but someone did get back to me to sort the issue. I was told since it was my first time they would make an exception. Was told to wait for delivery then contact stockx for a return. It’s been a week since I got em and they still haven’t replied to my messages. I really thought they were helping me but rather made a fool outta me. I haven’t touched the package cus I don’t want it, it won’t even fit me as it was bought for a friend. Overall a cool product. There is significant product quality but in relation to the price for the item it is only worth it if you have a strong desire to own the product. The service Stock X provided was excellent and the shipping time reasonable with the validation for their authentication department. In summary I think this purchase was worth it as I think the product looks fantastic, is very comfortable, and will continue to hold its value in the future.

Pretty sure they are fake , they glow in black light and smell like chemicals not new sneaker smell and the yellows on the sole and yellows on the lacce holders and mesh look like slight different yellows and around the back sole where the material meets the rubber under a black light you can see the gals that where missed , so I’m wondering if you guys even check for authentication or you have people who don’t know how to check
A very great shoe! Stitching is amazing, easily styled, and perfect for walking,running, and playing basketball. I love how I can adjust the tightness of this shoe using the web-like holes at the top.
I used this company 1 time and I didn’t receive my purchase! They use a delivery service that delivered my order to the wrong address and then had the audacity to tell me it’s my responsibility to contact the carrier they used and try and track down my order! You can not speak with a person except for online so that makes it hard to speak with someone who can really help you but again the few people I was in contact with basically told me that they are not responsible! Just took my money and ran with it! I will never use this company again!
It’s a Jordan so it’s a good show but it had a smudge on the right shoe. Smudge is not able to be wiped away. Sucks that the stock x quality control did not flag this for the second time.
Sneaker of the jordan 4 retro has great color palettes but the quality of sneaker was sub par a few scuff marks that may get better after a cleaning. I feel that the store could have done a better job with making sure there customers actually get a good condition sneaker but in all I'm just glad a was able to get a sneaker that released in the early 2000s
It wont let me buy the product, this has been happening for days and still it won't let me buy the product. I understand if this was happening for 24 hours but, almost a week is absurd. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
