I was SO PUMPED because I couldn't believe they had my size in stock!!! I thought this must be a mistake. It wasn't I felt so lucky. I then get the shoe and I figure out how I might've gotten so lucky. One of the shoes looks like it isn't brand new, it even has a small slice in the leather on the back. The other one is perfect. Either way I'm still happy to have them, I just wish that I was given the information about their condition.

Excellent quality. No glue stains, no creasing, proper packaging, and box came in flawless condition. Shipped very fast! I recieved these 2 days after purchase. Just bought another pair of 6s a few days ago.. Jimmy Jazz is a sneaker heads Gem!

Jordan’s are awesome and my son absolutely loves them. Delivery was quick and well tracked. Little disappointed with the packaging, other companies include stickers or other little special touches which makes the Jordan experience all the more special.

I've been looking for these shoes for so long and I finally got it! It's a very nice looking shoe, but it came like it was slightly worn already. Other than that, a nice 4 stars.
I rate Hibbett’s at a five star store. I have never had a problem with them. I always feel welcome when I enter any Hibbett’s store. Purchasing online is very quick and easy. Thank y’all for the good work. I love them Retro 5. Purple is my favorite color. I wish I could have won the raffle to purchase all of my kids one but two out of four is better than none. The sole is fire.
I bought these shoes and when I received them they were creased and I tried to return them to store and the store told me I wasn't able to. I can only return online so I tried this and they wouldn't accept them without me jumping through hoops. I had to wait for an approval than send pictures of the shoes than wait for another approval and then they wanted to charge me for restocking them even tho they were messed because of them. Never again will I purchase anything from here.

The shopping and ordering process was smooth. I received my order quickly. The shoes appeared great. They were authentic and fit perfectly. I could not have had a better experience. I was actually pleasantly surprised.
Shoes came earlier than expected, one shoe looked like it may have been a display. There was a yellow/off white spot on the shoes lace, and that same shoe was creased. Over all my 13 year old son loved them.
The product I received looked horrible. Creases everywhere and some dirt marks. Looks completely used and worn. Had to Jump through a lot of hoops in order to return it. No response in email complaints nor can you return them to the store. Bad experience
