They sent me shoes that were not new. I purchased shoes that were suppose to be stockx verified new condition. I complained and they would not refund my money. They claimed it met their standards for new condition. I will never buy from them again and I would never recommend them.

First time ordering from Hibbett- outer box came extremely damaged causing the inside shoe box to be crushed as well. Placed a claim with the insurance company Hibbett uses and was denied under the premise of cosmetic damage. Really not happy with overall first experience.

Icy bottoms, no scuffs, no tears, material on both shoes are nice. Wish I could of gotten the original but that's nothing to complain about. Thanks, I'll shop with you again.
The shoe itself is one of a kind. The comfort it gives is incredibly hard to explain, iam a size 11 and you can all imagine how hard it is to get good and comfortable shoe with tthat size. Tthe jordan 5 made my size 11 feel like a size 9. Iam now waiting for the jordan 5 aqua this weekend, so i can add to my collection.

My situation seemed out of the ordinary to the agent I spoke with, who was very focused on figuring it all out. Apparently, after some digging, he said since I never received a shipping notice, the sale never went through; and I wouldn’t be getting the sneakers. They did welcome me to try to run the sale through again, smh. On, sneakers they sold out of the week prior, no less. There wasn’t even a sale page for them anymore lol. I don’t understand how they were able to charge my CC if my sale didn’t go through. Super amazing shoe! The Toro 5s have always been a favorite of mine, and to finally have them is awesome. Not the most comfortable pair of Jordans, but definitely one of the best looking. Box came slightly damaged, but the shoes were fine and thats what matters most
the shoes were okay but my box came beat up. scratches on the top and one of the corners are smooshed. the box is just as important as the shoes to my boyfriend and we both were very disappointed. i dont know if i will buy fromthem again.
