I never received my purchase! Claim has been submitted by Jimmy Jazz with FedEx still with no update and it’s been over 2 weeks! My money gone, no product or no resolution. Never been through this before with any purchase I’ve made before.

Love the color and style but they run a bit too small. They are pretty tight and I ordered my husbands usual size. Big bummer bc they are all sold out now! Shipping also took forever on this item.
PREORDERED 2 pairs!! Emailed them once and they said that it would be another 2-3 weeks to ship, this was already one month after release. I waited the 2-3 weeks and nothing shipped. Another month after that i finally got fed up and canceled the order and got my refund. This is not the first time i had to email to check where my shipment was. Very disappointed because i would only order from here because of the preorders, but shortly after my issue it seems they no longer offer preorders. Guess i'm searching elsewhere

i always ordered a size 12 which i did for this same shoe but it seems to be small for me and very difficult to put on. i chatted the customer service to see if i can get a size 13 but he said its not available,i tried it out once and i dont know if i can be able to return it after that or not,but it was too tight.i love the shoe design but not its comfort,only if i got a size 13
