I have been using Airscape canisters for some time. I recently purchased the 250gram size in ceramic. My coffee purchasing is now almost always 250gram lots to keep things fresh. These canisters are bullet proof & work every time. I palmed off my 500 gram ones to the kids & intend obtaining another 2 ceramic ones as I like to keep a few different coffees on hand.

I wish there was a middle size between this and the larger one. The small size doesn’t exactly hold a whole bag of coffee from idrinkcoffee and the large size will but then there would be extra room. Larger size won’t hold two bags. However, aside from that it appears to be keeping air out, in the week or so I’ve had it the beans seem better than my old “air tight” container and I really do like the look of the ceramic and bamboo. I probably will buy more but trying to decide if I should just get the larger size.

Not crazy about the logo at the bottom, but it’s only on one side and can be rotated to the back. There are 2 lids to open. The inner airscape lid works well and is easy to operate. The wooden outer lid is thinner than expected and doesn’t always sit centered. It’s a little difficult to remove with one hand. I feel like it should be thicker and have a little bit of a lip to grab onto. I removed the gasket/seal and let it sit loosely on top. This works better for me and the inner lid is the one that creates the actual seal, so it works fine like this.
