I ordered completely new parts since others were over 6 months old. Splurged and got the memory foam mask so I wouldn't have the marks on my face in the morning. Woke up and the entire right side of nose by the cheek was tender and very sore to the touch - also had a spot on the left side that was tender and sore. Cleaned my face and the mask, wore it one more night much looser (didn't get a great seal) and woke up the second morning and thought I would need to go to the walk-in clinic to have the areas lanced. Haven't worn it since and 3 days later, I still have painful, red area on right side of my nose. Obviously, I can't return it because it's medical equipment that I've now used. Very disappointed. Will not purchase from this company again.

It’s an extremely comfortable mask the only issue is with condensation building up in the mask area only. No rainout in the tube. I adjusted my CPAP settings and have a heated tube but nothing helped. Might be different for others. I do recommend the comfort. Just wish there was a better exhalation feature or something.

I am new to CPAP masks and I tried each a full face, nasal mask, and nasal pillows. I definitely prefer the memory foam over the standard silicone of the AirFit and I definitely prefer the nasal mask to the full face. I was fitted for the medium sized nasal mask. The medium size interfered with my breathing as it was pressing on the sides of my nose and compressing my nasal passages which restricted my breathing. The large nasal mask size eliminated this issue, it is a good bit wider to rest further outside my nose. The only negative is that I use a CPAP machine with a humidifier and humidity will collect inside the nasal mask and drip onto my nose in the night, requiring me to towel dry. Only giving 3 stars since I also believe the nasal pillows (AirFit P10) are the better choice. They are less intrusive, no humidity issues, I get better seals, and it's much easier to breathe through, especially if I have a slightly stuffy nose. I personally do not see a benefit of the nasal mask over the nasal pillows.

This device has not worked out. There's so much air that escapes from this that I don't get any air at all, so it has been unusable. I was told by Lofta it was normal for that much air to escape, but I feel I'm being suffocated because I feel absolutely just the smallest amount of air coming in. Money down the drain since I can't return it. I was really hopeful for this because the headgear felt much more comfortable than the nasal pillows. It's unfortunate I cannot use this.
I didn’t read fine print prior to ordering and can only get store credit. I have tried numerous masks with my provider which I pay nothing and still searching for perfect mask since I sleep poorly since using CPAP. I would never use your company again. Will try to give my mask to someone younger that has to pay for their masks. Totally disappointed in your service.
The memory foam is soft and I don't have a reaction to it like the silicone which is why I bought it. Unfortunately I couldn't keep wearing the mask because it leaked air and didn't get a good seal. I could only wear it for a couple of hours before air started blowing in my eyes and it was making noises keeping both me and my husband awake. Love the concept just wish it would have worked.
After suffering through almost 3 years of a nasal pillow mask I was about to give up, it was constantly leaking and so uncomfortable. Then I read about AirTouch N20 and thought I'd give it a try. It is worth every penny. So comfortable and no leaks. I even purchased a cpap pillow and can sleep on my stomach with no issues. I am finally sleeping a solid 7 hours a night on most nights! I haven't had this type of sleep for years. So grateful to have found it.Also appreciate Lofta, very helpful and quick service. Thanks!
I have decent insurance plan, so replace my complete headgear/mask with 6 nose pieces twice a year, so have opportunity and try new products. I've tried over 30 masks and after lots of trial and error, self learning to keep my mouth closed when I sleep I settled on the Wisp and recently the newer version DreamWisp. Difference is the hose coming off the front nose piece with the Wisp, and off the top of the headgear with the DreamWisp, both are great masks. HONESTLY the N20 is a Wisp with memory foam nose contact, but what a nice difference in sealing and comfort. The foam of the N20 is so soft and seals much better even with my switching around from side to back sleeping. Aside from the hose, even seals well when I like to rest a bit on my stomach. This Airtouch N20 with memory foam is my new favorite. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. Seals absolutely best after a few days of use and foam takes shape to my face, so same as any new mask, give it a few days to adjust..
I tried for a few weeks to figure out a perfect balance with this mask. It is super comfortable and didn't leak unlike other masks I've tried. But no matter what I tried, it would wake me up in the middle of the night with my nose submerged in water. I tried putting less water in my tank, more water, no water, less humidity, more humidity, no humidity, less air pressure and more... even bought a hose sock since the internet said that might fix it... nothing changed it. Again it's really comfortable, I just don't know why it would try to drown me.
I got this mask to replace the p20 nasal pillows and found it to be very comfortable. I did encounter more issues with rainout with this mask, so I ended up getting a cover that could extend all the way up to the mask (not just over the main tube) which helped some. After a few nights the clips that hold the cushion into the headgear loosened up and the cushion was able to move a little more. Every time it moved it would cause a squeaking noise that was keeping me awake. I ended up cutting a piece of fleece and inserting it between the headgear and cushion which eliminated the movement and squeak and also helped to insulate the cushion from my cold bedroom, reducing moisture buildup in the cushion.
