I had no idea what the actual ingredients and composition that went into the manufacture of this product consisted of until recently I was viewing a programme on the ABC titled "Ask the Doctor" and in one of the episodes the question was posed" Is MSG as bad for you as people say?" The factual evidence that followed convinced me that MSG was as safe for me to consume as eating Vegemite or a good rump steak.
