My washer and dryer both broke down in the same week and as I am downsizing, I opted for a combo. Biggest mistake ever. The wash/dry cycle ends with sodden clothes and you have to go to dry cycle for 3-4 hours to get even a small load dry. I m dreading my power bill. I am stuck with it and will need to install a small clothes hanger to avoid using it as a dryer. You get what you pay for … it was fairly cheap at just under $1000. I wish I wasn’t in a financial bind when I purchased it as it has been a total waste of money. Please DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. Save up for a better product.

Quick dry will only dry 1 or 2 items as long as they’re light. So have to dry quite a few times if you want a load to dry completely. Doesn’t continuously spin as drying. So might be the reason why, but is very loud when it does spin in washing and drying mode. Also have to attend to the washing every hour to put on new setting to get a complete load done from start to finish.

First time using this brand of washing machine. Going ok so far. High spin is a bit dicey, could do with more wash cycle choices. Drying time slow

We purchased this washer/dryer combo after our original one wore out after moving into a new apartment. This combo is the perfect match for those who don't have a lot of time on their hands to do laundry as this product offers an 18min quick wash as well as both a wash and dry service in 40min. It's a standard size that fit into our small laundry/bathroom, it's drum is surprisingly big fitting in a 10kg wash and 6kg dry! The boys who dropped off the machine were very lovely and helpful bringing it up the many flights of stairs, installing and removing our old machine. Definitely recommend for those who don't have the space for separate washers and dryers as it provides everything you need and more!

Washing is fine and capacity good. Not finding the dryer to be drying properly. Even with light loads. Tried the 90 setting and still damp towels? Maybe I’m doing something wrong…
The machine washes using very little water, however, it never heated up or dried.
not sure why this machine would take so much water for its dryer function. This is ridiculous for me. It take one hour to dry 1kg of clothes, how much energy it required for drying 6kg of clothes . end up you would still take your clothes out to the rack for airdry. if you don't count the dryer function, the washing function is good . I like it has a 18 min quick wash. good for a quick wash for not so dirty clothes.
