Good chair BUT... the adjustable back piece and headpiece are not lockable / able to be held in place so if you move the wrong way it shifts out of your preferred level and this is very frustrating, so if you want your chair to stay at its adjusted height or tilt that is unfortunately not the case and I would have expected a locking feature for the price you pay.
