The office chair is exactly what I wanted it is comfortable and relaxing it supports my body perfectly it is a lot better than the gaming chair I bought a couple of years ago. I would recommend it over any gaming chair on the market it is supportive and comfortable which I did not get from the gaming chair I bought. I love the chair. It was easy to build as well.

I have received my chair the last week, it didn't take long to delivery, it was easy to my husband of 78 years old to put together. Since that I had been use it every day when I'm in my computer. My chair is so comfortable to use for hours and when I feel tire just make it a reclaimer. I just hope it was made in Australia.

I have bought many products from you over the last 12mnths & have been very happy so it pains me to knock this Massage Chair. Everything went well untill it came time to turn on the power. Nothing happens, we spent a good time trying to get it to work by plugging it into 5 different compatible power outlets, to no avail. We have made a video of our endevours to have it work. As there is 100% guarantee from you, please can I get a replacement or money refund.I would rather a new chair as I have been looking to get my very bad back into such a chair. Don't buy it. This is a faulty product and I will be reporting it. There are parts does not function in the chair and instruction is incorrect. Misleading info as it adverts "massage" as it has a slight vibration can't even feel. Slow at response re queri
Easy to assemble. a little hard in the seat hoping over time it will soften. Enjoying the pop of pink colour in my office. cable for massage is a little short so I am using a battery pack to operate.
Chair looks great but that's about it. Not particularly comfortable for long stretches at the desk. Material has ripped and torn where it has rubbed against the desk and massage buttons have come off.
0 if I could. Most uncomfortable chair ever and it is rock hard. I know that comfort is perceptive from working in furniture for 8 years but this is awful. Arms are incredibly loose and cannot tighten them. Does not look plump and comfy like the picture. Cannot use it anymore cause my back is stuff after 2 days
I am in love with this chair It is extremely comfortable, perfect size for my newly created bedroom and I can use it in several different ways. It is perfect for sitting at my easel when painting, ideal to just roll it away from the desk, recline it a little to watch TV and most luxurious of all is the luxury of having a massage while doing any or all of the above and finally I being an under paid pensioner the $500 would be great to have to buy a lovely snuggle rug to wrap around these old bones when I'm in my favourite place....my chair. xx
This is an overall excellent chair. I purchased this office chair to work as a gaming chair for my PC. I was able to purchase this on sale which was an excellent deal and most of the assembly was easy. Inserting the back of the chair into the bracket and installing the arms of the chair proved to be the only issues with assembly but these were eventually solved. Otherwise, the chair itself works well, the massage function is easy to use. The usb cord however is a little short and I wish it was longer to reach down to my power board rather than needing to be plugged into my computer. The chair itself is also a little hard to sit on for a long period of time and I may need to buy a cushion to help with sitting for a long period of time.
