Chair looks great but that where this ends. Barely had it for a month and cracked the back of it (both sides) simple from laying back on it which you would assume is the purpose of an office chair. I wish I was overweight or something to justify but unless you're a toddler in need of an office chair then would stay far and clear from this product. Let's hope their customer service is better than this product.
It's light and comfy and easy to assemble. A good office chair. It doesn't come with excellent material but what do you expect from this price tag. I'm happy overall and recommend it for someone looking for a budget office chair. The shipping was very quick also. Excellent shopping experience.
I’m happy with my purchase but had some difficulty putting it together. Two of the seat screws were very difficult to get in but we eventually got it done.

Not easy to asemble - I required a rubber hammer. Chair is ok - I guess it is its money worth. Wish I'd gone for something more expensive. The seat is comfortable, but smaller than expected. Arm rests are too low and are not adjustable.I am super annoyed that this chair is an "order online only", which means you can't return it. And if you have worked with Harvey Norman's returns policy, you'll know that it is a process to avoid. I'll never be shopping with them again.
Great chair. Easy to assemble. Not worth $1,000 RRP. But definately worth $150.
Three star chair at a five star price. The chair is abit flimsy, with some of the parts being very difficult to fit together correctly, and being of light construction. However, this is not an issue for me as a small 60kg woman (but I would recommend a different chair for someone 80+ kg). But I’m happy with it for the price and it suits my needs.
