This ALFORDSON office chair is comfortable with great back support, it’s breathable material-not too hot. Great value for money and very good quality. Adjustable to my any hight and I love the look of it’s modern style design.
I really needed a new chair. I purchased the Alfordson mesh office chair as it had a mesh back for airflow and a comfortable seat. The most important thing for me was the value for money that it offered, a great product at a great price.I highly recommend this chair.
I bought four of these chairs. They were brilliantly packed and arrived in great condition. Fairly easy to assemble with the supplied tool. Comfortable and sturdy once we had adjusted the tilt to our needs. They move lightly and smoothly. across the floor. The white trim was more striking than the photos conveyed but looks very smart and uncommon.
I found this chair quite uncomfortable, especially the lumbar support, which was the reason I chose this chair to begin with. I actually started having lower back-pain. I'm working on returning it.
The concept of the chair is good but the execution is lacking - the chair is angled forwards so you are forever sliding off the front unless it is tilted - but you cannot lock the tilt in position - I have made and inserted 3 sets of shims to jack the front of the chair up but it is still not sufficient - had to use longer bolts which were packed as spares. The armrests are too far back and cannot be adjusted - bought this chair for its weight capacity and ergonomics - was trying to replace a chair I had worn out over many years but which was much better even though relatively cheap.
I will grade this as no star or if you have a negative 5 star would be more appropriate. The design of the chair was faulty and does not allow me to screw the arm rests with the base. None of the resolution from harvey norman works for weeks of email. I have been requesting for a full refund for this item but no action from harvey norman online or supplier has been done to tell us how to refund. Item has been sitting here and can't be use. It is very disappointing. We don't want a replacement as it would be of same issue and we want our full refund back.
Waste of money. Purchased in November, very hard to put together (holes did not line up properly). Now the hydraulics do not work, chair is either full height or the lowest it can go. But as I do not have my recipt no point in trying to return it. Never again.
