After two years of taking AlgaeCal, my doctor sent me for a dexascan. My scans have to be taken somewhat differently because of have severe arthritis and have had both knees and both hips replaced, They scan my spine, and then scan my lower arm. My test results were better than anyone suspected. Although the arm area didn't show significant changes, the spinal area had improved by 18.2%!! I do exercise, and I feel that my back is especially stronger and the pain has diminished. I'm sold on the product and tell everyone who has osteoporosis or osteopenia about AlgaeCal. It’s been a frustrating experience dealing with our healthcare system! And it’s only getting worse!

I order this supplement, with the Strontium Boost and the Triple Power. I am able to take advantage of good pricing while not having to purchase in bulk with the auto ship. My only complaint is the triple zero has had the same expiration date on the last three monthy shipments, so they aren't rotating the stock very frequently. It's hard to know if it really will reverse my osteoperosis. My 2 year dexa scan (after being on the products for over a year) showed improvement in the spine, but a slight decline in the hips and femoral neck. However, the hospital had upgraded to a new machine, so it's impossible to compare with complete accuracy. My low levels of Vitamin D have improved, but not to the level I hoped. In the beginning I took Algecal plus and strontium, but stopped the strontium, except once and a while. After nine months I had a dexa and the results were astounding. I had a marked improvement. I now take the D3 product and the Triple Power. I will probably not stay with the triple power. Because it is very expensive, and I get good omega support from Carlson products. As a retired person on a fixed income I need to make hard choices. I have recommended several people to these products and they are all experiencing good results.
